They were extremely responsive and timely regarding my issue. Hayden identified several more issues other than the reason I inititaily called. He replaced the main spring and the door is much quieter now. Very satisfied with the repairs.

I only gave you 3 stars because i believe the price for the equipment was excessive. The garage door opener was $1,455.00 dollars and the Rail was $ 486.00 Dollars. Based on Amazon pricing i payed close to 5 time what it would have cost from amazon. The service technician (Hayden) was excellent.

Hayden was very easy to work with and was knowledgeable with the product. He did the work quietly and efficiently and went over all the details and paperwork with me afterwards. He was super nice and friendly too. So far so good with the equipment. I would recommend Precision as he came exactly when the customer service rep said he would and I felt like they were both honest and forthcoming.

We were so blessed to find Hayden and Precision Garage Door Service! He performed a professional inspection and discovered a few serious issues that I had not been aware of! He offered an acceptable price and was prepared to complete the work. The work was performed and my garage door works like new!! Being new to Jacksonville, we ran into a few charleton garage door repair companies. The advertised "free estimates" turned into hard sell, "this price is only good while we are here" tactics! NOT Precision, the are true professionals! Hayden worked fast, completing the work completely and professionally!! Thank you, Hayden!!

Precision Garage Door did a fantastic job repairing the broken spring on my door, as well as suggesting some upgrades to keep my door working well for years to come. Professional staff all around from those answering the phone to the technician Hayden who performed the repairs. Work completed the same day I called. Great company. Highly recommend.

Hayden was amazing! He was extremely thorough, knew exactly what he was talking about, and got the job done quickly. We had previously had a bad experience with another subcontractor, but Hayden came in and fixed all of the issues without any hassle. He took the time to make sure everything was working properly and even helped prolong the life of our garage door. We’re very happy with the service and really appreciate his professionalism. Precision is the best!! Same day appointments, great prices, and they are experts at fixing garage doors. They are super careful on your property, and they explain exactly what they will fix. They genuinely care about you and your property. They provide lots of options and will not make recommendations just to upsell you on a particular product. I trust these guys. Hayden was my technician. He clearly explained everything and was very careful to make sure my garage door will operate safely for years to come. Thank you!! I highly recommend Precision to my friends and family.

I called Precision at 2:40 pm to schedule a garage door repair and they scheduled between 4 and 8 pm same day. Hayden arrived with a smile on his face less than an hour after scheduling the appointment. Communication via text was excellent. Hayden was polite and explained the repair options after assessing the problem and provided the quote and the job was completed in less than an hour and a half. Hayden replaced two springs, the shaft, three bearing plates, and ten rollers. Very pleased with the promptness of the service and Hayden’s professionalism and attention to detail. Will definitely call Precision in the future if the need arises and highly recommend.

Called at 2pm on a Friday w a broken coil. Technician, Hayden, was here at 3. Coil and bearings were replaced and door serviced and done by 4. Hayden was super professional and kind. Work other than requested maintenance was covered under warranty as I had purchased the extended warranty option. Very impressive. Will not hesitate to use and recommend Precision again.

Your technician, I believe his name is Hayden, solved all my problems. He installed a larger track and secured the opener button on the wall that wobbled when pressed. Now the garage door opens smoothly and more quietly than it did before. I am very satifisfied with the work he did!

Thank you so much for your wonderful service! You definitely saved the day for me, my garage door was acting totally possessed going up and down for nearly 2 days straight by itself, called you after realizing it was a real issue, and you sent one of the nicest people l have ever had come out to my home, named Hayden, he knew right away what was wrong, explained everything that was wrong, and thoroughly how to use all the equipment he installed, and was able to give me a discount coupon and very reasonable price, with a fantastic warranty, l would recommend him to anyone who is having a hard time with their garage door! Thanks once again to you all! Beyond 5 Star service!!

Hayden was such a professional and was able to offer many suggestions for our situation. We ultimately bought a new unit and so did our neighbor.
