My garage door springs broke on Thursday night and I made a call to precision on Friday around 1200 noon and Britney was able to get a repair tech out toy house that same day vice having to wait days or weeks like other companies. Hayden showed up early and was very knowledgeable in the repairs to my garage door. My garage door was 18 years old and he was able to find other issues that would have broken within the next few months or so. Hayden was very professional and did an exceptional job. I am the original owner of my home and after the repair the door is so much quieter then it has ever been even when first installed. Thanks for the quick response and outstanding job. Will definitely use precision again in the future.

Hayden was absolutely fantastic! My old garage door opener died during Debbie after losing power and I was in quick need of replacing it. Hayden was able to come earlier than originally scheduled and was nothing short of excellent. He explained all the replacement options available, happy to answer any questions and was extremely personable. The job was done fast and he left my garage even cleaner than it was before he came. I love my new opener, how quiet it is and how smooth the entire process went. I will definitely be using Precision and Hayden again as well as recommending them to anyone else!

We have used Precision Overhead Door in the past to replace the springs and were pleased with the service. When our 20+ year old door opener went out, we called to have it evaluated for repair or replacement. Hayden was very thorough in his evaluation and recommended replacement, which we did. We also decided to replace the 38-year-old garage door. Dan did the installation of the door as soon as it came in. As with Hayden, he arrived on time, completed the installation in a timely manner and thoroughly cleaned up the area when done. Both techs were knowledgeable, personable and thorough.

Hayden was an expert of his craft, able to diagnose the issue and overcome some fairly substantial difficulties due to the construction of my garage door tracks as far as access goes. The technician who serviced our replacement of our outside garage pad was excellent. Hagan inspected the system explained the unit was covered under warranty replaced it with a new one. Hayden came out yesterday (03/29/2024) to do routine maintenance on our door and to assess the trim on the outside. He was friendly and efficient and completed his work in a timely manner. He made recommendations regarding the replacement trim and the upkeep on the door itself. He sent us an email detailing everything that he went over with us. He did a great job! We were quite pleased!
