Tim and Jeremiah called to let me know they would arrive about 5 minutes past the earliest time for my appointment. They arrived with big smiles on their faces and set right to work doing the initial repair. They also took the time to explain that it did not look as though any type of maintenance had been performed on the system since the house was built about ten years ago. They explained that the system could fail and offered me a package that would take care of the problem for the lifetime of the product. They gave me time to consult my husband, who gave his approval, then set to work putting in the new parts. They worked efficiently and quietly and I could tell they were a team. Well done!

Your service was as good as the ads and other reviews said it would be. Tim and his assistant called ahead, arrived on time, did a thorough assessment of the issues I was having, and provided me with several options for resolving them. Once we agreed on the work to be done, they set about doing it quickly and professionally and provided me with a thorough explanation of how to use the new equipment. Even though it cost a bit more than I had planned for, I feel the extra work that was done was worth the additional money spent. I would definitely call them again with any garage door and opener issues. Top notch work all around.

We chose Precision because we needed a company that worked on Wayne Dalton garage door openers. We had the springs repaired last year & were warned the main unit would break soon. Here's what they did: Replaced torsion springs, rollers, mounts, garage door opener, remote keypad, remote button, old drive mechanism, pulleys, cables and other miscellaneous. Here's what I think: Scheduling simple (albeit I was confused thinking I was talking to an answering service), they called to let me know they were coming; they arrived at the scheduled time. Both Tim Van Vuren and Devin were fantastic to deal with - explained everything thoroughly, provided expert advice, cleaned up after themselves, I wish every contractor could be this good. I did more than I anticipated but I believe it is a good thing, no complaints from me. I'll not only call them if I need them, I will recommend them to anyone I talk to that has issues with garage doors. They even helped me program the homelink in my car - thanks for that!
