We called Precision at 8:30am after our door began “acting up” last night and their technician arrived by 10:00. This was our second experience for garage door repairs with them and both times the service was outstanding. Professional, prompt, knowledgeable and pleasant as well as reasonably priced. Great service. Garage was stuck in the down position and service showed up within 2 hours of my call. I was not is a super hurry or I am sure they would have shown up sooner. Was very efficient in fixing the garage door and even did a few extra items to make sure was working properly.

Ist time I used Percision. The service tech, NATE, installed a keypad. He explained everything about the item, installed it, and lubricated some of the system parts. MICHAEL came back the next ay to address a small issue. He, too, explained it well, fixed it and was gone in a short time. I am impressed with the service and look forward to switching to Precision moving forward with our garage door needs.

I could not be more pleased with the service I received from Michael and Precision Door Service. The service I received was professional and complete -- all around. Michael was prompt and professional. He listened to me about the issue I was having with my door. He then explained to me what the problem was and how he would fix the issue, and then completed the fix to eliminate the door's issue. He then gave me some helpful information about the general condition of my door and some maintenance actions I could take to keep it in good working condition.
