Called Precision; scheduling an appointment was easy; the service technician provided excellent service, was courteous, quickly completed repairs, and shared tips/ recommendations for maintenance. I could not be more pleased with the service I received from Michael and Precision Door Service. The service I received was professional and complete -- all around. Michael was prompt and professional. He listened to me about the issue I was having with my door. He then explained to me what the problem was and how he would fix the issue, and then completed the fix to eliminate the door's issue. He then gave me some helpful information about the general condition of my door and some maintenance actions I could take to keep it in good working condition.

I’ve used Precision for a while now. Almost two years ago, they installed a new garage door system. It’s so much better than what I had before. Over time, the outside keypad stopped working even with new batteries. This is why I called for service. Michael, the tech, called me early to see if I wanted him to start a little early. Yes!!
