I have used Precision a few times, and they have never failed me. Each one who has come to my home has been courteous, helpful, explain the problem and what they will do to fix my problem. I also used them when I lived in Orange Park. I was having trouble getting my garage door to either open, or getting it to shut. I finally called this morning, and had a technician here at 2:30. I really appreciated the quick service.

Jeremiah was our technician. He came and surveyed what needed to be done one day, and came the next to fix, calling before both visits. He expertly fixed our noisy garage door. He also "tuned up" our new door after we broke it in for a couple of weeks following installation. He fixed one broken remote. And - what a personable fellow!!! The repair technician was very courteous, and arrived early. He thoroughly tested the system, and determined one of the remotes was defective. He programmed the new remotes, and tested the system again. All systems working fine. Five star service from this technician.
