Haydn was the ultimate professional and very knowledgeable. He called ahead to see if he could come early and it worked out great. He did a great job. My dad was a pioneer in the overhead garage door business up in Massachusetts in the 50's and 60's. Watching Haydn work brought back many old memories. He was patient enough with me to listen to all my old "Dad" stories. Courtesy and customer service go a long way in my book. I'm very pleased with the service I just received from Precision Door Service. Everyone from the customer service rep to the garage repairman (Hayden) was very professional and great to work with. I called with an issue and had service at my front door within 30 minutes - that is extremely rare for any type of service call. I called Precision because we have a Precision garage door opener. I was pleased that they came the same day and even earlier than promised. Hayden was professional and kind and solved the problem of the door not staying closed in just a few minutes. Reviews were good I was disappointed that they didn’t have the belt drive system I wanted but tech went over everything and they said they would call and set up another appointment when they get the parts in stock . Hope they get the parts soon . We’ll see if they follow through . Then I will up date the review.

Our Service Tech was very professional and certainly knew his business! He did a garage door repair. The several little teeth on the chain that opens and closes the door had broken, so we couldn't open/close the garage door. Reasonable cost for the new chain and service call. Very Pleased!!

called 800 number at 10.00 at night aqnd talked with very nice opreater and shw tried to get me a earlier appontment but just had 2:00 to 4:00.I have had you in the past and said thats fine. another company call and said they could be here at 10:00 but we said no we would wait till 2. your service man was here by 1:00 and was super nice,explained everything to me and helped me setting up garage door openor in the car.very impessed by him was here less than 1 hr and everything works fine.Hope I dont have anymore problems but I know who to call if I do thank you again

I called on Saturday morning and was told they could have a tech out that same day between 2 and 4. Hayden called and arrived a bit earlier. He said the issue we were experiencing, a buzzing sound, wasn't doing any harm and we could continue using the garage door opener until it eventually gives out. He lubricated both garage doors while he was there, gave us a quote for a new opener, and the best part - no charge! You know we'll be calling them back when it's time for a new opener or any other problems that might arise with the garage doors.
