Totally disappointed! First of all chatting with the rep on line i wasnt tild that they only have Genie products! I was then told i have two choice both were 550 each with a lifetime warranty so we said ok he cane back to the garage and said this door is not in good shape we can out the opener on at 550 but can only give you a two year warranty! Now why would i pay 550 for a two year warranty instead of a lifetime warranty real ! So needless to say charged me the service fee if 49.00 please be aware ! Was her less than 15 mins and iam out if 49.00 and mind you this company came out years ago to fix the veru dame garage door’ ism just saying needless to say no new opener installed calling another company

Our garage door quit working this morning. Your company was the first one we saw with a 5 star rating on Google and now we see why! When we called at 7am, someone answered and got our details. The technician was at our house by 8am. He was friendly, courteous and didn't pressure into unnecessary parts. We would definitely use this company again.

Great service! The technician was very knowledgeable. He noted that decorative trim had been added to the door making it to heavy for the standard springs (one of which had broken). He installed upgraded springs and the door works perfectly. Highly recommended.

We panicked at 4pm last Fri./Good Friday when our garage doors stopped working and the motor started smoking after my husband attempted to program them to our cars. We checked google reviews online, and Precision looked like a winner. We called and two men were here within the hour. To make a long story short, Hayden got up on the ladder and made the diagnosis. He thoroughly explained the problem, made a call for additional parts to be delivered and got to work. He and his assistant finished the job around 8pm. We were very pleased with their work ethic and are thrilled with the outcome. It's a definite upgrade and so much smoother and quieter. Keep up the good work!

I called your business to get an honest quote on repairing my garage door, that just needed a couple of new tracks and to attach the existing springs. The gentleman that I talked to told me that because my door had a cosmetic dent on the outside it would all need to be replaced. Instead of assuming I did not know what I was talking about, your man assumed I didn’t and quoted me over $1,500 for the cheapest replacement instead of listening to what I wanted and needed. Because of this I called Overhead Door Depot who sent a nice gentleman out who listened to what I wanted and needed and agreed that I did not need a whole new door and system and gave me an awesome quote and did an awesome repair job!! You need to have your technicians listening to what the customer wants, and not try to be salesman’s trying to update what they do t need. At some point i will replace the door because of the cosmetic dent. But I will be calling Overhead Door Depot for that!

Called having seen you advert in Int Magazine and being unable to open garage door Saturday Morning after Christmas. Technician arrived on time as promised, spotted a broken spring and got right to work to replace it. Offered 2 options and explained the differences. Replaced all the rollers on both doors, lubed the rollers and chains and picked up every bit of refuse created. Very professional. No additional charge for weekend. Highly recommend. Very satisfied.

We just moved to St Augustine to a 15 year old house. The garage door opener only opened one of the doors! The tech who helped us arrived on time, was courteous and very competent and quickly had the old clicker programmed to open both garage doors. Hooray! Another problem solved.
