MR. Giving a short bio for each of your Techs definitely rated a 5! Frank was professional and explained everything he was about to do and gave me options as to materials being used to replace the garage door springs. I would give all of the above a 5!

Finally a company that knows how to treat customers! I give Precision 5 stars for doing everything right. I like the email appointment confirmation. I was given a two hour window for service. The technician called to confirm and came right at the estimated time. Best of all, I paid the estimated cost I had calculated...no extra fees or costs. They told me what repairs I may need in the future so I can be prepared. And the receipt came immediately to my email. Thank you for WONDERFUL service...and my garage door has never sounded so quiet!
