5 I had saw your advertisement in paper & in Mint magazine. I also checked on Internet and saw your rating was 5 stars where a lot of the ones I looked at weren't. Also all of the great reviews that I read convinced me Precision was the way to go. Also the Tech Frank was awesome. He was ver knowledgeable and helpful with his diagnoses of my garage door opener. He explained every thing thoroughly to me & also to my husband over the phone. Frank went above & beyond his duties to help me with my garage door opener. I called Precision and they had someone to my house within a few hours, at night! They sent me an email with pictures of the technicians so that I would know who was showing up at my door! The techs were super friendly, explained everything completely and. Are absolute sure I understood what needed to be done now and in the future. There names were Frank and Michael and I cannot say enough about them! Within less than 60 minutes my garage door was fixed. I would recommend Precision to anyone anytime!

Garage opener Assist spring was repaired. We noticed the garage door was broken and within approx 2 hours of noticing the breakage, Precision had 1) answered my call on a Saturday night, 2) sent a technician to my residence, and 3) had the garage fully repaired and serviced in that SHORT time frame. I was frankly AMAZED with the service and will strongly recommend the company if the repair doesn't fail, which there is no indication that it will. Rated 5 Stars. The Technician was professional, courteous, prompt and knowledgeable. The experience was a pleasant surprise. Precision was the first option via Google Search, which is why they were my first and only call for service.

I purchased a new garage door with opener and battery backup from your company, the door product is good quality, But the installer told me I would have to caulk the outside vinyl trim and exposed nails, My wife and I were very disappointed with this as the salesman never told me that this was not a complete finished job, After spending almost $2000.00. Very satisfied with overall service. Technician was at my home in less than three hours after I called for an appointment, was very thorough in explaining what was needed and even gave me three estimates depending on what I wanted to spend. Although I spent more than I intended doors had not been serviced for over 10 years so they needed some work which came with a lifetime guarantee. Work was done quickly and professionally. I was locked in my garage, spring broke within 2 hours a very nice young man came and had it fixed. Spring broke I decided to have new springs and rollers . This young man was quick and did not pressure me to buy anything however he did say that if one spring went the other would follow I work in a service industry and was very happy with the quick and efficent service from precision.
