I found the Precision garage door service on line. I called them in the morning on Saturday and they came in and they got my garage door fixed in the afternoon on the same day. Dalton and Kyle are very knowledgeable about what they do and need to be done and they got my garage door done with in two hours. I am very happy with the service.

I have used Precision before an was pleased with the service. On this occasion I got service app't the same day. The two technicians that came (Dalton and Kyle) explained all of the concerns with my garage door from motor, rollers and seal on door. I was given the price up front with what was going to be done. At completion they reviewed the work and set my new code for new opener and how it works inside. Both Dalton and Kyle were professional and polite.

Springs were replaced very quickly the next day after I called. Make sure you keep the invoice and warranty. I couldn't find mine so I had to pay full price. I had the springs replaced in 2016 and they were on warranty.

Dalton was my technician that came out. When I originally called I thought it was something else I need replaced. Dalton was a sweetheart he explained to me my issue he fixed the issue in less than 20 minutes. He is definitely a people person we had a great conversation.
