I called Precision at 10:30am this morning as my garage door opener, which was only 2 years old was not working. Dalton and Josh arrived at 12:30pm on the same day and were extremely helpful in reviewing the issues with my opener and providing several solutions with the pricing. They were very informative, and I did not feel they were pushing for a bigger sale. I ended up buying a new system and they provided me a discount for the part they were not able to replace in the old system to go against the purchase of a new one. They replaced worn parts on my garage door and with the new system, my door is virtually quiet when it opens and closes. They were both very pleasant and helpful during the installation and I felt very confident in the work that they were doing. They provided excellent customer service.

My technicians showed up early for the appointment. They performed a thorough inspection of my garage doors. They provided a detailed estimate of the work they recommended. Very happy with our garage door service in the past few years. We had to replace the motor because the builders grade motor was causing endless issues. Dalton (who is awesome) came within 24 hours, replaced the motor, upgraded our springs and done within about 90 minutes. Great service!

A really great, professional company! Service available seven days a week, who does that anymore? My garage door main spring broke on a Friday evening and Precision Door came out the next day (on a Saturday) and had it replaced in 30 minutes! The repair tech. that did the work at my home was Dalton and he showed up right when he said he would, was well prepared and very professional, went right to work and had my garage door working again in no time. I am very impressed with this company and will always call them for any garage door repairs in the future.

When I called because I couldn’t figure out how to finish my weather stripping, these guys helped so much. They sent someone out within about 2 hours and it was fixed in about 45 mins. So glad I called Precision Door Service. Charlie was very pleasant, and informative. He got the job done. I was very pleased with the work.
