I have used Precision before an was pleased with the service. On this occasion I got service app't the same day. The two technicians that came (Dalton and Kyle) explained all of the concerns with my garage door from motor, rollers and seal on door. I was given the price up front with what was going to be done. At completion they reviewed the work and set my new code for new opener and how it works inside. Both Dalton and Kyle were professional and polite.

Springs were replaced very quickly the next day after I called. Make sure you keep the invoice and warranty. I couldn't find mine so I had to pay full price. I had the springs replaced in 2016 and they were on warranty.

Dalton was my technician that came out. When I originally called I thought it was something else I need replaced. Dalton was a sweetheart he explained to me my issue he fixed the issue in less than 20 minutes. He is definitely a people person we had a great conversation. Originally, I called for a coupon special for rollers and adjustment that was out dated. The cost was more, but the service more than made up for that. I had new rollers and a inspection done on my garage door. I will probably need more repairs in the future. I was given an estimate of the cost for the complete work that will probably have to be done. The technician (now I do not remember his name) that came out was so polite, professional, personable, and explained things very well. My garage door is more quite , seems to open and close more evenly. I will do any future work with Precision as long as I get the same technician. Extremely satisfied!

I called about 10:30AM and was greeted by a young lady who was very nice, said she had an availability to come to my house between 4 and 6 same day, I received a call from Dalton Merritt about 2 o'clock and asked if it was ok to come early. got to the house, addressed the problem gave us a few choices on cost. and then did the work quickly and cleaned up before he left. very polite the entire time and not pushy at all. would recommend Dalton and Precision to anyone. not sure if they are the cheapest but but they are good, fast and fair!!

Does not offer a free quote/estimate! Website is outdated and no longer offers the "green/lifetime" springs as mentioned on their website here. https://garagedoorsjacksonvillefl.com/garage-door-spring-repair Of course I was not advised of this until after the tech arrived. Online chat was cut short/disconnected while I was typing a response to the agent. Online chat should do a much better job in providing guidance especially if you're NOT going to provide a free quote! Advice to Precision: Update your website, train your chat personnel; otherwise offer free estimates and get rid of your $49 service fee (estimate fee)! Don't use the excuse of there's a plethora of springs as an excuse for not being able to provide an estimate over the phone. My advice if you're shopping around; get on the phone and ask a lot of questions or use an alternate business. 1-Star for getting someone out immediately 1-Start for installation technician's professionalism

Mr. Torres, I am sorry that we did not meet your expectations. All live chat inquiries and communication is saved and it appears that our representative explained and answered all of your questions. We offer free estimates for new doors, however when the job is a repair job and we send out a service technician we do charge a service fee of 49.00. This is common with any service based company. There is a real cost for paying service technicians to come to your home and diagnosis issues. Service companies could not possibly send technicians out to homes all over the city to give estimates for very small repair jobs. The green springs that are advertised are still an item that we carry, however with the supply chain issues that every industry is facing, we do not have any in stock and do not have a delivery date to receive them.

Had a double double install. 2 garage doors, new springs, new rollers and two new belt drive openers. Our installer, Dalton was excellent, completing this project in two hours. He was knowledgeable, professional, motivated and eager to see me pleased. He even graciously put up with my presence and questions! Precision, you've got a good one here. Now if everything installed lasts well I'll call it perfect.
