Today I received a phone call from your Garage Door Precision Service representative. He told me there expected time of arrival. Bradley and Armold arrived right on time. I spoke with Arnold and explained how the garage door and remotes were operating intermittently. Arnold and Bradley found the problem in less than 20 minutes. Arnold explained the problem and the solution to resolve the problem. We discussed what was required for some needed maintenance of both Garage doors. The price was fair and both representatives went to work. The job was accomplished on 55 minutes. Both young men were professional and knowledgeable in the system. Had a 25 year opener that had the door bracket go bad along with a few other issues. Sometimes, just like with your A/C, it's time to replace rather than repair. Technician Dalton explained my options clearly and did not try to talk us into anything. We updated to a 1/ Horse Power Genie since we have a heavy garage door. Replacement took less than two hours, the technicians truck was stocked with parts to deal with all scenarios. Pricing was reasonable for the market. Precision is a great option for garage door openers.

When my garage door was squealing more, then only closing partially, I thought it was a programming issue, then it would not go up! You Tube help videos did not help me!! I am so thankful that Precision Garage Door had a live person to talk with on Sunday and make an appointment for the following day to investigate. Dalton showed me that the cable was non-functional, preventing the motor from pulling the door open. The team, Dalton and Andrew, replaced the cable with a much stronger one than the original, working efficiently and quickly, with the wiring nicely re-done. They were respectful of me and my property, leaving the door working perfectly and the area cleaned up, taking the defunct items away. They even programmed the garage door opener button in my car to work !! I couldn't be happier. Thank you for being there & helping get the garage door working like new!
