Chad the service tech was great. He called and was able to come early which was fine for me. Very knowledgeable and professional, got the door back in the tracks so it now opens and closes. Also found why the door got wedged and he fixed the problem, would definitely use them again.

Received excellent service today from Chad Martin. Our garage door was very noisy at closure. Though the reason was not obvious, Chad determined the cause and made the necessary adjustments in a very timely manner. He was polite throughout the process, and also consulted with a colleague who suggested increasing the power used by the opener in order to move our heavy door even more smoothly. Bottom line, the noise problem was resolved and the door now moves more smoothly than before.

Chad did an amazing job. Called before arriving so i was ready for him. Routed all the wires neatly and showed me how to use the wall switch. Removed a flouresent light so the door would have room to operate. I'd recommend Precision for all garage door work.
