What started off as a scary & disappointing experience with this company...turned out to be an amazing one instead! I sent a PM to them about our experience and within minutes they responded, sent a NEW tech (Frank) out to our home, replaced out broken spring, tightened loose nuts and bolts, within 30 minutes I could open my garage door again and Precision Door Service of Jax did all of it at NO CHARGE. They proved they are a company with integrity. They keep their word and strive to make their customers happy. I will long sing their praises and when we can afford a NEW door for our garage, they will be the company we call!

I chose Precision from an ad in Mint Magazine and I did so with trepidation. I was incredible happy with the professionalism of the personnel and the quality of the product. Our new doors were installed on time and efficiently. I rarely recommend anyone for anything because personal taste vary but I would more enthusiastically recommend this company.

Andreu did a fantastic job for us today. It took a bit of thinking and some work for him to figure out the problem, because the door was binding, occasionally and not opening unless the wired button in the garage was held down until the door closed. It wasn't the rollers or track alignment, but turned out to be the mounting bar from the opener to the door that was not installed properly. He fixed it after about 4 different setting attempts, and finally got it just right. It had been installed just a bit off. You are fortunate to have a man like this on your team. Thanks again for your assistance!

I have had service on two occasions after upgrading my garage door and equipment with Precision. Both visits were by Billy McCarthy who was outstanding. He represents your company with great skill and class. In both cases he solved my issues and I was extremely pleased. I have been consistently recommending Precision since your original work in December, 2016. Thank you for your fine service

Excellent service from a nice and clean cut young man . I had broken rollers ang selected the lifetime package as the system had some age on it and I did not want another failure in the near future. The serviceman was helpful and showed. E where the problems were and how the were addressed. He also instructed me on how to lubricate it in the future.

I was pleased with the service which was to make adjustment to the door sensors. Mike explained the problem and then took care of it ..He suggested that I have the rollers replaced in the near future and keep the door hinges lubricated for best performance.
