GREAT JOB!!! I called and was able to get a same day appointment (very helpful). We were told who the Technician would be and was able to check the web site to see a picture of the person coming our your home. Travis Ford was our technician, He was polite, answered all my questions and had our door working in minutes with a spring repair. We will be getting a new garage door next year and we will be calling Precision for that as well.

Your availability 24/7 and your Better Business Bureau membership influenced my decision to purchase a new garage door through Precision. I was also pleased to receive an email showing pictures of the repairmen and the name of the repairman for security purposes. Both the salesman and the repairman were personable and professional.

Sean was prompt and efficiently repaired the springs and replaced other parts on our garage door. He was extremely competent and was sure to explain everything he was doing and show me the parts that needed to be replaced and why. 5 STARS! At 10:00 AM,I called Precision after seeing that two hinges were coming off of the garage door and could not be bolted back in due to wear in the exiting drilled holes. The call center said they could get someone out as soon as 4pm-6pm. I have had that same quick response from Precision on previous service calls. Frank called ahead of time to let me know he was on the way. When he arrived, he quickly identified what needed to be done and came up with a solution placing two new diamond hinges on the door - they are obviously much better than the original hinges put on by the builder! Frank also took the time to check through the rest of the door, reinforced other hinges and greased areas that needed it. I am once again very pleased with Precision's work and Frank did a great job in no time! Thanks so much.

The service was very quick. I called on a Saturday and had a technician out to my house 30 minutes later. After I decided to replace the door instead of repair it, I had a technician out the next day to install it. Every single interaction with everyone from this company was excellent and the price was very reasonable. Top notch service, professionalism, and customer service. They even took the old door away for me and there was absolutely no mess left behind. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone in need of a garage door repair or replacement.

I called multiple garage door companies prior to reaching Precision Door. All other companies had the attitude that I was a Nuisance for requesting a quote. This company was prompt,efficient and very easy to work with. The tech. Devin was very informational and provided all the answers to my questions. he was prompt on sending a quote the same day and explained in detail what to expect from the final product. I will never look any further for other garage door companies. it has been a pleasure to work with this company, they know how to get things done.

The technician, (Sean) arrived prior to appointment time which has never happened to me before. Previous experience with service companies included late arrivals and excuses why the job can not be completed today. I requested that additional parts be replaced upon inspection of the old parts. All parts requested were replaced and the technician completed the job early. He explained all of the costs of parts and labor and even called the office to ask for a discount. I was very please with his work and professional attitude. This is what customer service should be at every company.

Travis was very friendly and professional. He explained exactly what needed to be repaired (it was also and the cables, the rollers and another part) and described the parts he was using to perform the repair. He was quick and the door works great now. I can now actually manually open the door myself. Prior to the springs being replaced, the door was to heavy for me to lift.

Devin was awesome. I purchased a coupon for a $99 roller replacement and tune-up knowing that there were other issues. Devin was friendly and educated and walked me through the costs to correct deficiencies with the current door - and the benefits of doing it with Precision. I knew I needed a new opener - and the door had only one spring, and there were other obviously issues. Devin spent a ton of time walking me through the door replacement options and helped get my order placed and a consult with Sean to check inventory the same day. I was able to get install scheduled within days, which was important as we're moving into this new home very soon. Dan Mangus did the install and showed us everything we needed to know. Awesome in all facets. Overall, I couldn't be happier with the quality of the product and the professionalism of your folks. (Can't believe how quiet this opener is!)

Jeremy Hale came by about 7 Friday night to check why my garage door had quit working. At that time he replaced a 7ft belt rail that was broken. Saturday when the door again quit working he returned and replaced the safety eyes on the door. All work was under warranty. Jeremy was great and is an asset to your company.

Replied to a ad from Angie's list. Within an hour you responded and said you could have a tech here the same day. The tech called and told me when he could be here and he arrived within 5 minutes of the time stated. He replaced the rollers on the door and checked out the doors operation.
