I found this company on Angies list, and read very positive reviews. They did not disappoint. The person I met with was very professional, and easy to work with. I had beautiful garage doors ( I needed three doors)installed within four days!!! I was very happy with not just the doors, but the price as well!!

Great Service! I called late in the evening and they were out the next morning!!! Jason was in and out in 30 minutes. The best part is we purchased lifetime warranty so the $600 parts only cost $65.

I chose Precision because they installed our new opener when the old one gave out and they did a quick and thorough job. For this repair we had lightning quick service. I called at around 9:30 in the morning, was told they would have someone with me between 11am and 1pm the same day. I received a call from the technician at 10:30 saying he would be with me in half an hour, which he was. The repair was finished by just after 12 noon. I don't think it gets any better than that.

We chose Precision because we needed a company that worked on Wayne Dalton garage door openers. We had the springs repaired last year & were warned the main unit would break soon. When it did break today, I was Extremely impressed by the promptness of Precision to send a tech! Tim's timing was perfect! He was knowledgeable about the repair situation, offered us the special, which I thought was a good deal & accepted it; Tim did the work, expeditiously but thorough. He was very professional, but also nice; I felt comfortable talking to him & trusted the things he explained to me. We Will use Precision for All of our garage door needs, forever. Thank you!

Service was above and beyond our expectations. We had plans that day, and getting the door repaired put a damper on the day. Harold made it better. Harold gave us a call to see if it would be okay if he came by 15 minutes sooner....of course! He was very professional and we could not have asked for a better technician. Precision installed my garage door in 2012. I love the quietness of this door! I had an unforeseen issue so I made an appointment. Bill arrived within the designated time. I really appreciated that he called me first to let me know he was on the way. He diagnosed and repaired the issue quickly. Not for a minute did I feel as if he was trying to up-charge me or sell me something I didn't need. I really appreciate his professionalism, courtesy and reliability. Our springs needed to be replaced, and we searched the web for a company to do the work. The professional looking web site impressed us, as did the receptionist demeanor when we called to discuss the repair. Sean (technician) arrived on time and identified the work that needed to be done. He provided several estimates and completed the work in less time than than projected. Very satisfied with the interaction with the company, from initial contact to email's confirming the appointment with photo's of the technician provided to the repair itself.
