Mike was on time and professional. Good man. I suggest you allow the insallers some discretion with pricing. My purchase was a little over $550. I asked Mike if we could just agree to $550? He said no. Someone might have said if you won’t do a sale and lose three or four dollars on a $550 sale, you may have lost the deal. Just a suggestion.

I phoned this morning and was given an appointment for today and Frank was here by 3pm. He examined the existing opener and determined the setting for the motor was at maximum. Motor was unable to open or close the door. Frank explained the problem and discussed the options for replacing. We purchased a replacement which he then took care of. It was immediate and painless. Extremely fast and efficient service. Front office is thorough and friendly. Technicians are friendly and their high level of expertise is readily apparent. The response was amazingly fast, less than two hours elapsed from the time I called until the door was fixed (broken spring). Really nice when your cars are trapped in the garage. After using the door opener for about a month I've found the unit isn't the quality of the one I repaced. Primarily in that the signal is weaker. I also felt the installer was not that helpful in making sure the whole opening device was operating at its max proficiency.

Josh was excellent. you should work to keep him happy. I did call around the "do not reply" email and you should hear from your phone person that Id like the warranty clarified as 1 year on parts and labor. Painfully for us both I have done an amount of construction and service work and your added disclaimers could be construed to reduce that warranty to 90 days. please clarify the warranty is 12 months, an email is fine. Thank you.
