We had a new double door installed last week. Precision personnel arrived on schedule, professionally installed a quality door in a short period of time. I highly recommend this company, and have them scheduled today for a repair on a second property. Nice to find true professionals that deliver a good product on time, at a fair price. A 5 star rating, and will definitely recommend Precision to friends.

Devan was our service tech on the job. Very professional and great customer service. The homeowner was in need of a bottom panel replaced. We only received a quote for a new door as the bottom panel is no longer being manufactured for the 15' door. Just a suggestion... Add the "service performed" - Quote for a new door

Gil did an excellent job. He pointed out some other deficiencies besides the obvious broken spring. We replaced the rollers and end bushings and that helped quiet noisy operation. Gil was right on time for the appointment. He explained "garage door maintenance" also. I thought I would have to wait till Monday. I will rate your service 5 Stars. Thank you Carl Herrmann
