From the first call to the installation, our experience with Precision was top notch. Harold arrived promptly to give us a quote on a new double garage door installation, and was very knowledgeable, answering my husband's many questions. Sean on the phone was helpful in answering some questions about wind speed and pressure, something we were unfamiliar with as new Florida coastal residents. Dan arrived right on time to install the door and was efficient and exceptionally neat. We would not hesitate to call Precision again, and recommend them very highly.

when the tech got here everything worked he did a check and could not find anything wrong. i came home just now and it would not open. i did the release and opened the door now it works fine it apears there is a short somewhere

Thank you for the feedback. I believe that the problem has been addressed. Unfortunately, when there is a short it can be a little tricky to find. When we are there and everything is working properly, the only thing we can do is double check all the connections and wiring. Please let us know if you have any future issues. Frank was professional and explained everything he was about to do and gave me options as to materials being used to replace the garage door springs. I would give all of the above a 5!

I just took a chance on Precision, located via a simple google search for garage door repairs in my area, and I have nothing but good things to say about my experience. The technician showed up precisely when they said he would, and on a Saturday to fit within my schedule. And then the technician proceeded to fix what seemed (to me) an impossible problem involving mangled metal in under an hour, and for a very reasonable price. And while working on my door, Justin took the extra step to treat the runners and other parts with their special garage door lubricant (gratis, and unasked for). And when it came to talking about other quirky things about my garage opener system (don't know the code for my pad, clickers are unpredictable etc.), there was no hard-sell about replacing everything with their products, and instead - just practical advice that replacing these individual components would add up very quickly and that it would be better (when they did finally go kaput) to replace the whole motor/pad/clicker/lights system at once for a cost very close to what it would be to replace the individual components, Very professional, friendly, informative and fabulous service overall. I recommend them highly.

I am one of those annoying people who research everything. I was very pleased to see the drug testing and background checks for employees. Being able to review a brief bio for the employees was a HUGE plus too. My problem: The garage door spring broke; I did a little research and decided to hire Precision Door to come do the repairs. The Technician (Chad) was prompt, polite, and extremely professional. He was also knowledgeable. Chad pointed out other potential issues, which were obvious to me once I looked at them too (frayed cables, seized bearings). However, Chad did NOT try to sell me things I did not need and even explained what was still in good working order. The garage door operates smoother and quieter than before (better quality parts used during repairs)! All said and doneâ?¦I will happily refer this company to others.

Gil arrived early in the time window despite the inclement weather - I explained that water from a leak upstairs had gotten into the garage door opener. He had a new circuit board on the truck, changed it expertly, lubricated the tracks and rollers and helped me reprogram the remote and keypad. Aces.

From the first phone call to installation it has been a great experience . Shaun was the first person we spoke to , then Chad came to our home to show us the product line , and then Dan Mangus came for installation . we purchased a new double door garage door and new precision door opener . It is so quiet you can't hear it going up or down . Great job guys keep up the good work . We will definitly recommend you to anyone looking for garage doors or openers . PS there was no mess when Dan left .Just can't say enough good things .

Chad gave me the estimate and his presentation helped me decide to go with Precision. When I called the office to say I would accept the proposal, I was told the person who would schedule the job was on the phone and would get right back to me. After waiting 5 hours, I called Chad and he took care of communications from then on. Based on the lack of a timely reply, you almost lost the job to a competitor.
