I placed a call at 1130am Wednesday morning to Precision Doors because my garage door stopped working completely. They scheduled me the same day between 2:00pm-4:00pm and at 1:30pm I received a call from the technician Michael asking if he could arrive early which was great. He was professional in every aspect and quickly identified and corrected the problem. In addition he went over the entire system and made several adjustments and noticed a cracked hinge which I elected to have him replace, at a fair price. Every aspect of this scenario was efficient and well organized. Lastly, Michael stated how much he enjoyed working for this company because they treat their employees so good. This is a rare statement in todays world. This company is professional and runs like a well oiled machine!

Rock Star service! Estimated time from online request to return call was about ten minutes. Tim called when he was on the way, arrived when he said he would and got straight to work. He politely answered all my questions and was finished and gone inside an hour. Excellent experience.

Jason arrived as promised. After short assessment of the problem he explained the options for the repair. After short conversation we authorized the service package to be performed. He indicated that the job should take him 90 minutes. After 75 minutes I heard the garage door open and close. Checked a few minutes later and the job was completed and the area cleaned up spotless. Jason is not just very professional, he is also very easy going and personal. He great Ambassador for the company.

Can not say enough good things about our experience with Precision. Our installer was quite enthusiastic about his job and explaining the safety concerns with our heavy garage door. We were only interested in a door opener until we were educated how our door installer (6 years ago) had left us with a disaster in the way his door was installed. Thank goodness for our Precision installer having the conscience to show us our condition and help us decide what direction to take. These heavy, ours is steel and insulated, can be lethal if a over burdened part breaks. In our case the springs were undersized hence the demise of our previous door opener. Our installer speaks well for Precision code of conduct for customer satisfaction. This company will be in business for years to come.

I called Precision because my neighbor used to work for them. I got a next day appt because I called at almost closing time. Frank the service tech arrived and immediately knew what the problem was( cheap-bad door springs). Frank replaced all the pieces necessary for the doors to operate correctly. Frank was friendly and professional and is a credit to Precision. The repair was affordable also.
