Our 18 year old garage door opener died on us, and we called Precision after 5:00 p.m. on Monday. They arranged for a technician to come out between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 on Tuesday! And at 8:00 Kaleb came out to assess the situation. It was clearly time to replace the unit and he did a fantastic job. Very professional, thorough, efficient, and he explained step-by-step the operation of the new unit. They have my highest recommendation for garage door service and I asked him to kindly leave their contact information so if I ever need service again, for sure I'll go with Precision!

Hayden came out yesterday (03/29/2024) to do routine maintenance on our door and to assess the trim on the outside. He was friendly and efficient and completed his work in a timely manner. He made recommendations regarding the replacement trim and the upkeep on the door itself. He sent us an email detailing everything that he went over with us. He did a great job!
