When our garage door opener stopped working someone recommended Precision so I called and Mike came by the next day. He said that my opener was too old to get parts for. He gave me different options and explain each one. I chose the one I wanted and he said he could do it now. In less than two hours he was finish. He explained everything to me and the door has been working find. Mike was a very nice and polite young man.

Don't normally write reviews good or bad. Called Precision for garage door issue had a same day service time window of 2hrs from when I made the call. 15 minutes after the call a tech contacted me and asked could he arrive early he was only 20 minutes away. WOW! The Tech that arrived was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I would definitely recommend Precision and Tom for ANY garage repairs.

This is the 2nd time I have had Precision Door Service service my garage door and opener. From the initial call to set up an appt for service with Bridgett to the technician, all were very friendly, respectful and professional. The technicians have taught me the maintenance I need to do on the door and opener ( I was using the wrong liquid to lubricate the wheels one time) and always explain what the problem is, what needs to be done as far as repair and what the cost will be. After service I have received an email with the invoice for my records. Very pleased with service each time and would highly recommend the company.

The gentleman deserves 10 stars! He was on time, replaced the broken sensors in almost seconds, was very professional, and considerate! Our Service Tech was very professional and certainly knew his business! He did a garage door repair. The several little teeth on the chain that opens and closes the door had broken, so we couldn't open/close the garage door. Reasonable cost for the new chain and service call. Very Pleased!!

Mike called me to say he could meet me earlier than our original appointment time which worked out great. Mike was very professional, he explained in detail what services needed to be done to fix the operation of the door. He fixed the problem in a very short period of time and my garage door works great. Mike also gave me some helpful maintenance tips to keep in Good running Condition. Mike should be commended for his superior service and attention to detail. I will definitely recommend.

Tim was great! I run a software company and know how difficult it is to find quality employees to represent my company. This guy was top-notch! He was extremely polite and very professional. Tim replaced my old opener with a new one and replaced my spring, rollers & brackets - all in under 2 hours.
