I saw the Precision ad in The Home Mag and used a coupon to have the lower seal replaced in my 16' garage door. The company sent me an email with the name and photo of my installer before he came. He was exactly on time, did the job well, and inspected the door for other problems, advising me of some inspection tips and potential upcoming issues. I appreciated the quick, professional service and excellent price. Highly recommend.

My garage door broke late afternoon on Saturday and I was not able to get anyone to fix it that day. Monday morning I saw the ad for Precision Overhead Garage Door Service in The Home Mag and called. The lady that answered my call was very nice and efficient. She set the appt and sent a confirming email with the name of the man coming to my aide The web site has pics of the repair technicians which is a great security feature. Tim called and was able to get to my door earlier than scheduled. He and his assistant were very nice and explained everything to me so that I was able to understand and make a decision on what to do. Even though I was locked in the garage for 2 days, I am glad I found Precision Overhead Garage Door Service.

I was very impressed with your technician, Tim, who not only displayed thorough technical knowledge but also, upon installation of new springs, determined that the original installers had used the wrong size. He then proceeded to remove the new springs he had just installed and replace them with the proper size. I would never have known the difference. Tim is a credit to your organization in every respect. In addition, your prompt response to my "emergency" (my car was trapped in the garage)was also greatly appreciated.

I chose your company by looking on line and was very pleased with my choice. Tim was a great technician and was very pleasant. He did a great job of installing my new door opener and replaced the springs and rollers as well and seemed to be very knowledgeable. He explained all the features to me and finished the job in a timely manner. I was impressed that he cleaned up all the mess from the old one that was removed as I have had many services in the past that have left there mess behind.I would definetly recommend your company and would tell them to ask for Tim as their technician.

I saw Precision on Angie's List and I was stunned that Tim was able to come out on the same day that I called. I needed the bracket that holds the center of the spring to be repaired, the bottom bolt had stripped out of the wood and the whole bracket had twisted. My garage door openings are shorter than standard, making the original installation very cramped, but Tim made the needed repair in short time. I will be sure to call for future repairs or rebuilds as I was very happy with the whole experience.

Aer doing quite a bit of online garage door service repair websites, I specifically chose this company because of the positive online reviews and their assurance of providing service in a timely manner. With a spouse that often travels, and speaking as a woman that doesn't feel overly comfortable with service techs in my home when he's away, I appreciated being able to see the information about each of the service techicians allowing me to know a little bit about them before my appt. I felt confident in knowing that the service tech at my door would be one of the company's team members viewed on the company website, which gave me peace of mind. Tim was very professional and educated me as to what would be the best repair options for our needs. I didn't feel pressured at all. Great Job done by Tim and his trainee. They were professional and very courteous. I was very pleased that they were on time and they finished within the two hour time period after providing me with an estimate. Our garage is moving very smooth and there is no noise. My garage door broke late in the afternoon on a Saturday. I did some research and began to call several garage door companies which included some major names. I either did not get an answer or was told I would be contacted later. I came upon Precision while again searching the web. I called not expecting an answer and someone answered. After explaining my problem, I was told that someone would come to my home in the morning (Sunday) to check on my problem. I checked the Better business Bureau and the reviews about the company which were A+. Tim arrived on time. He looked at my door and we discussed options. He was knowledgable and courteous. He did not try to pressure me into anything. He I discussed the best option which was to replace my door and motor. He told me that they could have someone out on Tuesday to replace the door. I asked him if it would be possible to have it done the next day (Monday) because I was off from work but would have to go back on Tuesday. He made a call and set it up for Monday. Monday morning on time, Frank Cassidy arrived in uniform and driving a company truck with the company logo. After introductions and letting me know what the game plan was, he began to go to work. From time to time, I would stick my head out and ask a question. He answered all of my questions to my satisfaction spending time to make sure I was satisfied. In no time, he was finished. The old door,tracks and mess were gone. I went into the garage where Frank took time to explain the operation of the door, interior opener and remotes. He also assisted me in setting the code for the exterior opener. He had me open and close the door to make sure I was comfortable, which I was. I thought this would be a big deal which it was, but the guys at Precision made the experience seen effortless. I will have no problem recommending Precision to anyone. Thanks to all involved.

Technician on original service call was very friendly, professional and explained in detail what our garage door problem was. Turned out we needed a new door installed; he called to check on availability and confirmed the new door was in stock and would be delivered and installed in 3 days. We also decided to replace the existing opener for better results, and a long life to both. WE LOVE OUR NEW DOOR! Can barely hear it open/close. Am sure our neighbors appreciate it as well! I would highly recommend your company to everyone who needs a new door, or just servicing!!!

My only complaint and this is not with your co only but instead of receiving work requested and given knowledge of possible further repair, I bombared with sales pitches for costly repairs. It is amazing to me that a garage door would need $600. in repair in only 9yrs

My technician was Tim. He was polite, profession and punctual. He explained everything to me about what needed to be done to replace my garage door opener and the springs on my door. The work was done today and was done well. While I feel that the prices are a little high, it was done promptly and well. $1100 seems high for this work, but it was done well and I am satisfied with the quality and professionalism. The only reason I am not giving them 5 stars is for the cost.

I made my selection after visiting the shop and talking with the manager. Staff reviewed all the alternatives with me on site and I elected to replace the entire door with an upgrade design. The installation went smoothly and was professionally accomplished. During the installation, I chose to have two sensors replaced and upgraded and a beefed up door to lift bracket installed.
