Your technician was great, personality, work ethic and appearance, also his knowledge of his job.Isaw your ad in Mint Mag and decided to have my garage door checked. My only complaint and this is not with your co only but instead of receiving work requested and given knowledge of possible further repair, I bombared with sales pitches for costly repairs. It is amazing to me that a garage door would need $600. in repair in only 9yrs

My technician was Tim. He was polite, profession and punctual. He explained everything to me about what needed to be done to replace my garage door opener and the springs on my door. The work was done today and was done well. While I feel that the prices are a little high, it was done promptly and well. $1100 seems high for this work, but it was done well and I am satisfied with the quality and professionalism. The only reason I am not giving them 5 stars is for the cost.

I made my selection after visiting the shop and talking with the manager. Staff reviewed all the alternatives with me on site and I elected to replace the entire door with an upgrade design. The installation went smoothly and was professionally accomplished. During the installation, I chose to have two sensors replaced and upgraded and a beefed up door to lift bracket installed.

Tim replaced the springs, cables and rollers. He did an awesome job! My garage door is so quiet now! He even fixed my two squeaky doors going into my house!!

The whole process from the beginning to the end was very professional. The technician very thoroughly went thru the system, pointing out the parts that needed replacing and did a very thorough job of replacing the parts and explaining how to operate the new system. We were very impressed.

ALL STAR SERVICE!!! Tim was very informational as well as professional while doing my new garage door opener installation. I have to say I am extremely impressed with your company. First of all the confirmation email you sent was outstanding. I wish every company that sends service people out would adopt your strategy. I knew exactly who was coming even what he looked like. Just awesome!! Tim was extremely professional and polite. He reviewed all my options and was very patient and knowledgeable. He fixed everything quickly and everything is working great. The whole process was carefree! Seriously, I wish all service firms I use could be like you all. The only thing I could say that was frustrating was the girl could not find my info when scheduling. I am a repeat customer. Thank God I found my old paperwork since my spring had a lifetime guarantee.

Wow what an absolutely amazing experience thank you so much for helping us out. Long story short purchased foreclosed home and the garage door was in shambles. Called around 5 PM to get garage door repaired as it was locked shut and I needed to go to work in the morning. when I called , I was greeted professionaly and a tech was to be at my house around 6 .
