Awesome job by the installer Tim. The torsion spring broke on our garage and the chain for the opener snapped trapping our cars in the garage. Called Precision late that night and got an appt for the next morning. Tim walked me through all the options - no hard sell. Now I have 2 whisper quiet garage doors, battery backup, and outside pads. Tim showed up on the early end of the appt window and completed within the timeframe he quoted me. This is my first experience with this company and I would highly recommend.

I had a broken spring so I called Precision because they replaced the springs in 2006 and I bought the life time warranty at that time. So this time they replaced the springs, drums and rolls at no cost to me. To completely upgrade my door I decided to replace the cables and end bearings with this repair job. Now, all parts are new and covered under the life time warranty. It feels good knowing that if I'm out of town and some goes wrong with the system, my wife can call Precision and there will be NO cost for any parts and labor. Tim and Michael were very professional and explained how the newer parts they were installing (at no cost) have improved in quality and performance since my last repair job.

Tim and Jeremiah called to let me know they would arrive about 5 minutes past the earliest time for my appointment. They arrived with big smiles on their faces and set right to work doing the initial repair. They also took the time to explain that it did not look as though any type of maintenance had been performed on the system since the house was built about ten years ago. They explained that the system could fail and offered me a package that would take care of the problem for the lifetime of the product. They gave me time to consult my husband, who gave his approval, then set to work putting in the new parts. They worked efficiently and quietly and I could tell they were a team. Well done!

Your service was as good as the ads and other reviews said it would be. Tim and his assistant called ahead, arrived on time, did a thorough assessment of the issues I was having, and provided me with several options for resolving them. Once we agreed on the work to be done, they set about doing it quickly and professionally and provided me with a thorough explanation of how to use the new equipment. Even though it cost a bit more than I had planned for, I feel the extra work that was done was worth the additional money spent. I would definitely call them again with any garage door and opener issues. Top notch work all around.
