Kyle was on time and thoroughly explained all of the product options. The installation was perfectly done and his cleanup was appreciated. Kyle also made it a point to explain all of the features of the garage door opener, battery backup, external keypad plus the safety features. He reviewed the proper maintenance procedures as well. He accomplished all of this in a friendly and professional manner.

I was able to get an appointment quickly which was greatly appreciated since my car was trapped in the garage. The problem was promptly diagnosed and in a couple of hours I had a new garage opener with new belt and keypad. Kyle was great in explaining everything and efficiently made the replacement. This company and Kyle both completely deserve 5 stars!

Very pleased with the service I received from Precision Garage Door Service of Jacksonville! I spoke directly with the manager when making my appointment today; she was very courteous and helpful, dispatching a technician immediately. The technician gave a courtesy call with his ETA. He arrived and promptly assessed the situation, giving a quote and explaining the work that was needed. When he encountered another unexpected issue, he gave all the pricing and product information so that I could make informed decisions, offering advice on what would be the best overall savings and investment in the long run. I ended up needing to replace not only the broken spring, but also worn cables, roller, and a shredded belt drive, all of which were in bad condition or inoperable. I was extremely satisfied with the work that was done, and my garage door is working better than ever now!! The tech was friendly, hard working, and did an excellent job!! He even gave tips on garage door maintenance that I did not know about and provided a bottle of the lubricant I would need for future maintenance. Thank you so much!! Kyle came to fix a problem I had with the outside keypad and was very professional, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. Upon looking at the keypad, he found a couple major problems with the existing garage door. I was able to easily order a new door. Also, while he was here, a doorknob fell off the door leading into the garage. He immediately said a little screw was missing. He found one that fit and had the door working in less than 60 seconds. Kyle notified me within 30 minutes of my call that he was on the way. He asked for about 10 minutes to assess the problem and then showed me several things that he felt needed to replaced. Had issue with one of garage doors, called and they scheduled a tech next day (Sunday). Technician Kyle called 20minutes before arrival. Showed up on scheduled time, reviewed issue, ran diagnostics, explained trouble with door. Provide three options with costs and information on site to fix/repair issue. Installed new equipment on site, went over operations, and set up our vehicles. Excellent service and very professional. Kyle was extremely helpful and went extra step to be sure we had what we needed. Highly recommend Precision Garage Doors.
