Door problem on a Sunday night. Requested help through the website. Monday morning received phone call for how can they help. Having problems closing and opening the garage door and that afternoon a service person showed up. Dalton listened carefully to what was occurring and came up with a plan. Many choices were given and we chose the one right for us! Then today, Tuesday morning we had a high wind resistant new door! (Florida) Looks great! Installers went over their process before the project began and explained all of the new features with our door when completed! Highly recommend to use their services!!!!!!

Broken 32 year old garage door. Called Precision Garge Door about 3:45 pm Friday afternoon. Dalton arrived at our house at 4:15 pm. We purchased a new garage door. Dalton was knowledgeable, helpful, respectful, funny, and just a nice guy. I called on Monday to make a change because I changed my mind. I spoke to Michele, she was so helpful and understanding. Got my issue taken care of for install on Wed am. Chance and Kyle arrived on time. They did a fantastic job. They answered all my questions with patience and kindness. We started our Precision Garage Door project with a visit from Mr. McKinnon who was polite, professional, and provided us with expert advice in selecting the right replacement door. He also came up with a practical solution for an existing structural issue, which added next to nothing to the cost. The timeline he provided for job completion was spot on! The installation went just as efficiently! Chance and Kyle performed our install, and they were polite and professional as well! Clearly experts in their trade, the workmanship was outstanding. Chance patiently went over all the details at wrap-up and even programmed the remotes for our vehicles! Finally, the communication throughout our project was outstanding. From the office staff to the follow-up at completion, it could not have gone more smoothly. I’d recommend Precision Garage without hesitation!
