I first had an appointment with Chad, who assessed the damage to my garage door and wrote up the estimate. He was professional, courteous and friendly. An appointment was made for Tuesday, July 12th and Chance and Cody showed up to make the repairs. They were early (a plus), made the repairs in less time than estimated (another plus) and were also professional, courteous and friendly. You have a great team. I have recommended Precision Door to a number of my friends and look forward to doing business with this company in the future! Thanks for giving me an opportunity to praise, Chad, Chance and Cody! I called and to my surprise they were at my house two hours later to give me an estimate to replace my garage door. The estimate was very reasonable and we scheduled the installation. Today they showed up 15 minutes early (yes, I said early) and completed the installation and it looks great. Very professional from start to finish.

Chance and Kodi arrived 15 minutes early for the install and got right to work. They were both pleasant and professional. They were neat and orderly and organized. They kept me updated and apprised throughout the process. They had me inspect and approve the completed work before signing the final invoice. AND they finished the job in two hours! My husband and I were very pleased, and we would highly recommend these two gentlemen!

This company is top notch. I called other companies for estimates. One never returned my call. Another one did come out and provided an estimate and was going to call me once the truck came in with the doors the following week. I still have not heard back from them. Precision came out within a couple of days and provided an estimate and set a specific date for the door replacement (1 1/2 weeks later). They showed up within the given timeframe and I had a new door installed in less than 3 hours. The techs were very professional. The door is very sturdy and looks great. Highly recommend.

When we decided to replace our 54-year old wooden garage door (it had served its purpose) and opener that had bit the dust, we called 5 different companies for quotes. Precision was the ONLY company to come out and give us a quote and explain the product choices and process. The other companies quoted me over the phone and acted disinterested. From meeting the salesman to having having garage door completely redone, this has been a excellent service! The salesman was dressed very well, answered all of my questions and showed me all of the options I could choose from. The day of installation, the technician called me and was actually able to install my entire garage door and system sooner. You had just what I wanted and your price was right. He was right on time and so were the two men who came to put in my new door. They did a great job, cleaned every thing up. Texted what I needed through the website. New garage door and opener. Mark met us for quote. Was able to come early, which was great. Details of quote were clear. Didn't try to over sell. Recommendations were spot on. Sent quote and got appt set up sooner than expected. The installers Chance and his partner called to see if ok to be a little early. We were told how long it would take and what they would be doing. They cleaned everything up and even painted the wood frame they needed to install to match the door. We are super happy with all of the employees professionalism in talking with them as well as the work completed. It took three months to research and find a company I felt would do a great job. They had the best reputation. Their price was more than fair. I will be using them from now on.
