I needed my garage door opener repaired or replaced. Chad was the worker and I was very pleased with him and his work. He was here promptly on time, he evaluated the garage door and the opener and told me the problem. The unit needed to be replaced. He told me the options and the prices. I made my decision and he got to work. He was done very quickly. He explained how to use everything and made sure I knew how to operate the new equipment. He was polite, respectful and totally professional.

Garage door spring broke Friday afternoon. Called Precision and had an appointment for Saturday. Technician arrived during time specified. Precision Garage Doors was selected over other companies because I had used them previously and because of their ad in Money Magazine and reviews listed. Chad was prompt, courteous and professional. He explained why the garage door opener needed to be replaced if I wanted to use a remote opener. He offered me two options and explained the warranty on both. He also explained maintenance and what should be replaced later. This company has competitive prices and their service cannot be beat. .
