It began as a terrible Thursday morning. On our way to a doctor's appt but realizing we couldn't get out of the garage due to a broken spring! Luckily there was another vehicle in the driveway. Anyway, asked around on who to call to come look at the garage door and everyone said to call Precision Garage Door Service. I couldn't call at the time, so I went on their website, made an appt for someone to come take a look and give a quote later that same day. Heard from Nate quickly! He said he would be out around 430pm or sooner. Turns out we ended up at the ER around that time, but Nate came to the house anyway, while we chatted via text. He got the car out of the garage, looked at the door/spring, gave me a couple of estimates, and did the repairs that very night! It was well after dark when he called/texted to let me know he'd finished. (One of our sons was at the house and let me know that the door was fixed and seemed to be working better than ever.) I was able to make payment with Nate over the phone and the job was done! A little over a week later, I text Nate about light coming in under the door on one side. He came back out the next afternoon, made a quick adjustment, and voila - the garage door is actually working better than I remember it having done in all the years we've lived in the house! Nate was super friendly, quick, and patient with our situation. I would definitely recommend him and Precision!

When my garage door was squealing more, then only closing partially, I thought it was a programming issue, then it would not go up! You Tube help videos did not help me!! I am so thankful that Precision Garage Door had a live person to talk with on Sunday and make an appointment for the following day to investigate. Dalton showed me that the cable was non-functional, preventing the motor from pulling the door open. The team, Dalton and Andrew, replaced the cable with a much stronger one than the original, working efficiently and quickly, with the wiring nicely re-done. They were respectful of me and my property, leaving the door working perfectly and the area cleaned up, taking the defunct items away. They even programmed the garage door opener button in my car to work !! I couldn't be happier. Thank you for being there & helping get the garage door working like new!

Fully satisfied with Precision! Encountered problem at 11:00am. Riley, the tech was here by 1:00pm and completed removal of old unit and rollers and installed new opener and rollers by 4:00pm. Also balanced door, adjusted springs, connected by wifi to my security system and programmed my car! He was very meticulous and thorough. Cleaned everything up before leaving. Highly recommend!

Technician Chad Martin very courteous and professional. Saturday April 20,2024 called at 7:30 am to say he'll be here at 8:am to fix my garage door! Needless to say everything was shot after 41years, Chad explained everything to me, what needs to be done that he could do everything in two hours.. I had some repair work done on my garage door 1 1/2 years ago. They technician was Dalton. Very polite, informative, and explained what my door would most likely need an the future. I decided it was time to repair my door, before it get worse and it still worked. I called Precision to schedule a appointment, they were courteous, pleasant and prompt. I scheduled my appointment 2 days later, to request to have the same technician come back. I never felt high pressure sale techniques, trusted DALTON!!! Highly recommend Precision Garage Doors!!!

Although, they do not work on my type of garage door opener, chain driven, they provided a thorough understanding of the issue and provided a possible solution via another vendor that might. They also pointed out the imbalance of my door and weight factor. I had them adjust the spring to obtain the balance with a noticeable difference. They also provided an estimate for a full replacement which they service.

Chad came to home to fix my problem with my garage door! 1. He was on time (in the timeframe told)! 2. He introduced himself and shook my hand! 3. Was very very polite. 4. Solved my problem and fixed the door! 5. Explain to me how to continue care for the door in areas that I didn't know where to spray the lubricant for a smooth closing of the door! 6. What I like the best.. is that when I called, I thought because of the New Year I wouldn't get seen until next week...he came that day!! I am grateful...THANK YOU CHAD!!!
