Broken 32 year old garage door. Called Precision Garge Door about 3:45 pm Friday afternoon. Dalton arrived at our house at 4:15 pm. We purchased a new garage door. Dalton was knowledgeable, helpful, respectful, funny, and just a nice guy. I called on Monday to make a change because I changed my mind. I spoke to Michele, she was so helpful and understanding. Got my issue taken care of for install on Wed am. Chance and Kyle arrived on time. They did a fantastic job. They answered all my questions with patience and kindness. Kyle was making sure he wiped down the door before he left. Thank-you Precision Garage Door. I will definitely send people your way.

Contacted Precision Door Service via chat on a Friday evening, and my garage door was repaired by 12:30 p.m. the next day (on Labor Day weekend!). The technician, HAYDEN, called to okay an early arrival for my appointment. I was happy he was able to come out early. Once he arrived, he immediately described what needed to be repaired and provided me with a quote. Hayden immediately went to work and changed my garage door springs, rollers, and tuned the entire system to work like it did when it was new. And, during his inspection, he noted a small crack on a hinge that did not require immediate action, but advised me to keep an eye on. Hayden is a garage door EXPERT. This company, and this technician, are the definition of SERVICE. Strongly recommended.

I found the Precision garage door service on line. I called them in the morning on Saturday and they came in and they got my garage door fixed in the afternoon on the same day. Called at 9am to see if we could get the spring replaced, Hayden was here by 11 am and finished replacing the springs by 11:45. Great service, absolutely wonderful tech. Walked us thru recommended changes and we will have them out to do them after the new year to do the other garage door spring. Totally recommend this company and give a shout out to Hayden, who was awesome.

Originally, I called for a coupon special for rollers and adjustment that was out dated. The cost was more, but the service more than made up for that. I had new rollers and a inspection done on my garage door. I will probably need more repairs in the future. I was given an estimate of the cost for the complete work that will probably have to be done. The technician (now I do not remember his name) that came out was so polite, professional, personable, and explained things very well. My garage door is more quite , seems to open and close more evenly. I will do any future work with Precision as long as I get the same technician. Extremely satisfied!
