My experience with Precision was excellent from beginning to end. The customer service representative was pleasant. She sent me a email confirmation with my appointment details,the name and picture of my technician. Chad came out he was very professional and informed me step by step knowledge of what I needed to have done. He gave me several options to choose from. His service was fast and excellent quality. I used Precision to replace the springs because they were recommended by a friend. Justin came out and he was very professional and courteous. He called prior to his arrival and completed the job very fast. Then not even a month later I had some other issues with the door and motor. Justin came out again and replaced the motor. Once again he showed up on time and called prior to his arrival. He replaced the motor with a top quality one that was way better than the cheap crap the contractor put in. He discovered some other issues with the garage door (cracks in the center) and wheels up top on the door (broken) and recommended that I replace the whole door and get a complete new setup. I took his advice and paid a little extra money for the new setup instead of spending the money just to replace the wheels and had them come out and replace everything (which I was very glad I did). Dan was the technician that day and once again he called prior to his arrival and was very professional and courteous. All the work every time was done very fast and I couldn't have asked for a better job. I love my new setup now and wished I would have done it a long time ago. There is no comparison to my old door and motor that was originally put in by the contractor. I cant even hear the door open and close now because it is so quiet. I was always worried that my old door and motor was going to fall apart, but not with the new one. I cant tell you how happy I am with the work, equipment, and employees that came out. I am a business owner myself and would definitely hire these guys to work for me. They both went out of their way to help me out. I will definitely recommended Precision to everyone that needs garage door repair work.

Garage door spring broke trapping the car in the garage. Precision sent someone out within about 2 hours of calling on a Sunday. Shaun did a full analysis of the garage door in case the spring breakage was due to an addition problem. He was very helpful explaining the state of the door (it's old) and options for repair and packages available for our situation. Had the door fixed within an hour (even repaired a dodgy sensor). Also explained how to lubricate and test the door before he left. Would definitely recommend to others.

I called at 8 AM and was setup with a 12 PM appointment on the same day (prompt service)to have new rollers installed and a general tune up. I don't usually give 'shoutouts" but technician HAROLD WILLIAMS did an awesome job servicing my noisy garage door. He advised me without hesitation that the bottom seal that was recently installed by another company wasn't the best it could be. I decided to have the repair done (correctly) per his observation and it was an immediate improvement. It was refreshing to deal with an honest and professional company.

I was very pleased with the service I received. Frank came out as planned, tested my garage door opener and explained everything to me. I decided to replace my eight year-old opener. He was able to install it on the spot, having all the new parts on the truck. He took all the old equipment away. Frank explained the operation of the new opener, and remotes and we are very pleased overall. I would recommend Precision to anyone who needs garage door service.

when the tech got here everything worked he did a check and could not find anything wrong. i came home just now and it would not open. i did the release and opened the door now it works fine it apears there is a short somewhere

Thank you for the feedback. I believe that the problem has been addressed. Unfortunately, when there is a short it can be a little tricky to find. When we are there and everything is working properly, the only thing we can do is double check all the connections and wiring. Please let us know if you have any future issues. Gil arrived early in the time window despite the inclement weather - I explained that water from a leak upstairs had gotten into the garage door opener. He had a new circuit board on the truck, changed it expertly, lubricated the tracks and rollers and helped me reprogram the remote and keypad. Aces.
