I felt the house visit cost to $49 was fair given what was done. I’ll certainly keep you in mind if I choose to completely replace an otherwise working opener that has a hiccup in the logic board.

Garage door wouldn't open on a Friday night. Remembered seeing ads for Precision Door Service for service 24/7, and we needed someone Saturday. Went online, did "chat" online, and scheduled appt for next day. Service tech, George, called first, then was able to come sooner than promised. Introduced himself, and we left him to check things out. He came back, explained our options and the prices. We decided, and he went ahead with the work. Was finished in about 2 hours, as he said. Cleaned up everything, we paid and had all the paperwork sent to our email. We couldn't have asked for any better service!!
