A few months ago I had a garage door opener install by you guys and the experience was great and my technician Chad was great and very knowledgeable. Just recently I just started to have electrical problems with the opener. I called today and you all responded right away. Now that is good service.

I was very impressed with your service. Brett your installation pro was very courteous, and professional. Before I retired I was a purchasing agent for New York state. I dealt with many companies. and hired many to do installation contracts with us so I know quite a bit of service companies. I would be more than happy to recommend your services to anyone requiring garage door installation and repair. It was also a plus the way Brett showed me all the bells and whistles of my new unit, and how to use them and if any problems arise to feel free to call with any questions . The installer Dan did a great job , I like how he went beyond the call of duty. He installed a garage door only but also took the time to put bulbs in my opener and made the wiring neat,as before it was all discombobled . Thanks dan for extending your services. Ps. Very quick service called around 10:45 am they called me and arrived at 12:15 pm. Chet was very polite. gave us some options. We made our choice, he installed the new equipment and did it very quick and professional. Explained how it works and was on his way. We have never had a garage door soooooo silent. Precision repaired my garage door springs on the same day I called. This was important to me so that my daughter would be able to get into our garage when she came home late at night after work. It's dark and she's a beautiful young lady whom I don't want to have to have get out of her car, and then walk around in the dark to our front door in order to get in the house Thanks to Precision, she won't have to. And the gentleman that came out was very courteous and respectful. He was knowledgeable in what needed to be done, explained it to me, and helped me with my payment. I'm thankful for Precision.

2/16/15 My appointment time was scheduled between 12pm - 2pm. Technicians Chad and Mike arrived @11:49am - within the hour of my phone call. Both were professions and introduced themselves. Chad listened to my concerns, examined the door and rollers. Then repeated my concerns back to me to ensure he understood...THAT ALONE IMPRESSED ME!! He didn't attempt to scam or cheat me as a single woman but explained the problem areas in easy to understand terms. Chad and Mike were courteous, pleasant and knowledgeable. Would gladly recommend Precision highly. Thanks a highly satisfied client!

On a Saturday our garage door spring just broke. I called Precision and they had Jason out by 4:30 the same day. He is a very polite, professional and knowledgeable man. After looking at the door, he explained to us to what had happened and gave us options to resolve it. He replaced the spring, rollers, bracing in practically no time. I thought he was just getting started when he was already done. He also made suggestions about our garage door opener as it was original equipment when the house was built so we had him to install a new one made by Precision themselves. His knowledge and pride about the company was a big selling point. There was no pressure of any kind and we were thoroughly impressed with the whole process in dealing with both Precision and Jason. We highly recommend using Precision Door Service when you have the need. We cannot thank you enough for your quick response time and no extra charges for weekend work.

Your service was as good as the ads and other reviews said it would be. Tim and his assistant called ahead, arrived on time, did a thorough assessment of the issues I was having, and provided me with several options for resolving them. Once we agreed on the work to be done, they set about doing it quickly and professionally and provided me with a thorough explanation of how to use the new equipment. Even though it cost a bit more than I had planned for, I feel the extra work that was done was worth the additional money spent. I would definitely call them again with any garage door and opener issues. Top notch work all around.

On Sunday morning, when the arm pulled away from the garage door, the door dropped and made a loud bang, i thought that it was over. The first thing that I done was, I looked at what was broke then i got my Mint Magazine and started to look for help. Precision Door Service said they offer 24/7 service, I thought to myself, mmmm, 24/7 on a Sunday, probably an up-charge of some sort, so i gave them a call to see, and guess what.? There was no up charge, just aservice call and parts is all that I paid, and yes, they were there in an hour making the necessary repairs, then Chad checked the entire door for smooth operation and any other issues, he was great.!!! and Chad even honored my military service. Thank you sir. I will recommend Precision Door to all, they are a great company. I would like to thank you all for the great & quick service. On a Sunday morning, that was awesome.
