This was a follow up to my recent spring replacement. Put in a new opener and was having trouble, manufacture said Springs were too tight. Jason adjusted them and then helped me troubleshoot my problem. Turns out I had a bad opener and he recommended a different brand. Got the brand he recommended, installed it and it works flawlessly. Highly recommend this company.

I was very impressed with the service received today, first the phone call letting me know they were coming, and being on time! Jeremiah walked me through the whole process, diagnosing the problem (garage door wouldn’t open) and my options. He is extremely professional, courteous and grateful for his workmanship. He and his co-worker were here and finished in no time. I am very satisfied with my new garage door opener and key pad

Potentially one of the worst conversations I have ever had with a repairman. Extremely defensive and rude. Would find any other company to work on my door in the future. Would give no stars if I could.

Technician could not duplicate the problem while here. He gave me a couple of points to watch for to make his diagnosis easier next time. You have replaced just about everything on the garage door, except the door itself, which is in good condition, so I was a little set back when I had to pay a $49 service charge.

Unable to contact my previous overhead business. As a result, checked names on computer and found Precision Door had excellent rating. Appointment made on 2/25/2020 @ 10:45 and received service same day @ 3:45. The representative knew exactly what to do. Changed a hinge that was broken, put roller back in frame and was on his way. Very pleased and will use this business in the future.
