I chose Precision Door Service of Jacksonville based on the numerous positive reviews (I liked the uniforms and trucks too) and I was not disappointed. After my first scheduled technician called to advise he would be arriving late due to a previous job, Precision immediately re-assigned the job to another technician, Jeremiah who responded well within the original time slot. Jeremiah was extremely polite, professional and courteous and figured out quite quickly what the problem was. Not only did Jeremiah replace the damaged part in a timely fashion, he totally serviced my opener and door so it works like a charm now. In addition, Jeremiah went out of his way to assist me in re-programming all my remotes, exterior keypad as well as my vehicle home link system. Thank you Jeremiah ... you were awesome!! My only regret was that I did not have the opportunity to utilize the coupon on their website which I was told I would. I will highly recommend Precision Door Service to all my family, friends and neighbors when and if they require any garage door service. Thank you!!

Jason, I am neighbor of Mrs. Mickler and called your St. Augustine office and explained she had a medical emergency with her husband and her garage door broke, could they please send someone right away to help. Your staff went above and beyond to assist her and sent Shane over within an hour. He did a great job! Kudos to ALL who assisted us in this emergency!! We were so pleased with the service provided by the Precision technicians at our former home that we called them to replace the existing garage door openers at our new home. Shane did a thorough assessment of what we would need and let us know he could get all the work done today. He contacted his office to get some additional assistance and parts delivered and everything was completed in a few hours. With new rollers and and new belt drives openers, both our doors are super quiet. Great service and equally fine products. All the technicians were very professional and thorough.

Recommendation from community page - they were able to come out same day, and a courtesy call when on the way. Technician Alan was polite and knowledgeable, gave me the different options for replacing a broken torsion spring, new rollers to quiet the door operation and answered all my questions. Repair was done quickly and no added cost beyond his estimate. I will totally recommend Precision to any and all needing a garage door repair or replacement. Thanks again

After calling several garage door companies and nobody ever actually showing up, I called Precision Doors and actually talked with a live person on phone. I explained my situation and knowing that it was a weekend, she explained that they would be available to help the next day. I scheduled time and was surprised shen the technician called and ask if we were available for him to come earlier. The technician came inspected my door made recommendations and actually had everything on his truck for the service. This was by far one of the best experiences I’ve had with a service company, the technician was so helpful and didn’t try to sell products we didn’t need.

Mike was on time and professional. Good man. I suggest you allow the insallers some discretion with pricing. My purchase was a little over $550. I asked Mike if we could just agree to $550? He said no. Someone might have said if you won’t do a sale and lose three or four dollars on a $550 sale, you may have lost the deal. Just a suggestion.
