Luckily, a technician was available who came within hours, replaced my defective motor, and upgraded my door operation before Thanksgiving weekend. Outstanding service! We were having problems with the door staying closed. The appointment was set for between 8:00-10:00. It was refreshing the service tech (Reggie) called and said he would show at 8:00. Reggie quickly assessed the problem and fixed it in no time. He was professional, extremely knowledgeable and very personable. We will definitely use this this company in the future and highly recommend others do too.
