Austin did a fanrasic job of servicing my garage door. He did a thorough inspection of the door and explained what needed to be replaced, adjusted, and lubricated and what my cost would be before he went to work. He was polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. I was extremely pleased with his explanations and his service. I will always use his company and I will ask for Austin!

I contacted Precision because another garage door company installed springs 6 months ago and something wasn't right. Tim came out to inspect and was very professional and honest about what was wrong and installed incorrectly. I was impressed with Tim and very pleased with our new quiet motor.

I recommend that you contact our HOA Property Management Company, Sovereign & Jacobs, Penny Chamberlain (CASA BELLA property manager), 461 A1A Beach Blvd, St: Augustine, FL 32080, Tel 904 461-5556 to propose your services to the owners of the 56 units in Casa Bella, on Shores Blvd (= 56 garage doors!). Not all garage doors are up to par, for sure. Right now, all our Buildings are being repaired and repainted, and who knows, owners may also want to upgrade their garage doors? Many still have Noisy steel rollers. You can recommend, as example, our Precision garage door installation, at 631 Shores Blvd. If you were able to propose a good price/or discount for installations, maybe other owners will be interested?

I chose Precision Door Service of Jacksonville based on the numerous positive reviews (I liked the uniforms and trucks too) and I was not disappointed. After my first scheduled technician called to advise he would be arriving late due to a previous job, Precision immediately re-assigned the job to another technician, Jeremiah who responded well within the original time slot. Jeremiah was extremely polite, professional and courteous and figured out quite quickly what the problem was. Not only did Jeremiah replace the damaged part in a timely fashion, he totally serviced my opener and door so it works like a charm now. In addition, Jeremiah went out of his way to assist me in re-programming all my remotes, exterior keypad as well as my vehicle home link system. Thank you Jeremiah ... you were awesome!! My only regret was that I did not have the opportunity to utilize the coupon on their website which I was told I would. I will highly recommend Precision Door Service to all my family, friends and neighbors when and if they require any garage door service. Thank you!!

Jason, I am neighbor of Mrs. Mickler and called your St. Augustine office and explained she had a medical emergency with her husband and her garage door broke, could they please send someone right away to help. We were so pleased with the service provided by the Precision technicians at our former home that we called them to replace the existing garage door openers at our new home. Shane did a thorough assessment of what we would need and let us know he could get all the work done today. He contacted his office to get some additional assistance and parts delivered and everything was completed in a few hours. With new rollers and and new belt drives openers, both our doors are super quiet. Great service and equally fine products. All the technicians were very professional and thorough.
