Frank did an outstanding job. I needed to purchase a new garage door and Frank was most helpful in assisting me to define what the new door should be. He also repaired my existing door so that it was operable. He set up the timing for our new door. Frank was simply great, and my wife and I appreciated his work.

He was punctual, called me to let me know before arrived, and very knowledgeable. First got say how nice the notice of tech knowing an seeing pic of who's coming over.Cause then I'm not nervous about my girl being home if I'm not. 2nd tech came over walked me through the problem an maybe future problems. And that felt good knowing. 3rd tech Sean was very good didn't speed through double checked everything. An was still done at a decent time. I will refer them to my family and friends.

Wow, what a pleasure to work with!! Our garage opener keypad wasn't working and Precision Garage Door Service sent out a tech the very same day. Our Technician was Gil Ravan who absolutely went above and beyond what was expected!! Gil identified himself upon his arrival and was very polite, knowledgable, and stayed until the repair was done perfectly. I highly recommend him and the company!! My hats off to Precision for hiring such respectful and knowledgable employees who really treated us with care.

The service was indeed 5 Star! The gentleman did a safety check on the entire door before any work was done. He was very professional, and informative - and the job was done quickly with no problems. Very enjoyable even though he was a Mets fan and I'm a Yankees fan! I would certainly use Precision again and will recommend them to anyone I know who needs garage door work done.

Tim was great to work with, very professional, and really knew his stuff. He was quick, efficient, and didn't once complain about all the junk in my garage that I'm sure hindered his installation. The technician told me there was a 10 yr warranty on the spring. I did not see that in the email that was sent with the invoice. The technician seemed very knowledgeable about what he was doing, did a good job, and was very nice and pleasant to be around.

The garage door spring broke early in the afternoon and I immediately called Precision to make an appointment. they have serviced the garage door for the past 10 years.It was quite urgent that the door become operable since my 90+ year old Mother lives with us and it's important to have immediate access to outside facilities. I was offered an appointment a few hours later and the technician, Harold, arrived early and resolved the issue. What a relief!

Finally a company that knows how to treat customers! I give Precision 5 stars for doing everything right. I like the email appointment confirmation. I was given a two hour window for service. The technician called to confirm and came right at the estimated time. Best of all, I paid the estimated cost I had calculated...no extra fees or costs. They told me what repairs I may need in the future so I can be prepared. And the receipt came immediately to my email. Thank you for WONDERFUL service...and my garage door has never sounded so quiet!
