Precision. The word means quality. Precise. Etc. I called at 6am. They had door fixed by 10am. The young man new his craft very well. Garage door repairs are expensive. However, as a home owner if you are not schooled in the mechanics and dangers of messing with them it’s best to leave the work to the experts. Your eyes, fingers, overall well being and life will be the better for it. They can maim you. Or worse. I use my door a lot. I sleep better and have more peace of mind and security knowing that it was repaired properly. I liked the repairman. He was forthright, expert, and very nice. Thank you Precision. For the quality work, parts, and coming right out to do the job.

Called Precision at 7:30 am and the service department told me that they could come between 8 and 10 am. The technician would call when he was headed my way. At 7:40 he called and said that he would be there at 8. I couldn't believe it. He arrived at 8:05and promptly diagnosed my problem. He explained my options and told me it would take him approximately 1 1/2 hours to complete the job. He finished the job in the stated time. He explained every thing that he had done. He explained the warranty and what I would need to do to prolong the life of the parts he had replaced.

Your technician Mike arrived at the appointed time and was extremely personable. He performed a comprehensive inspection of the door and made recommendations for its' repair. There was no pressure whatsoever to "upsale". After agreeing on the work to be performed he assured me that he had everything on his truck to complete the job. As he started the repair it became evident that he knew what he was doing and I would have nothing to worry about. Mike completed his work in a timely manner and answered any and all questions that I had. My door now works better than it did when new.
