Jason was great! My Dad is 96 years old and I felt like Jason was very kind to my Dad. He explained to him what was wrong with the garage door and told him what he was doing to fix it, he also explained that there were some other issues that needed to be addressed (which my dad probably didn't hear half of it) but Jason explained it anyway and then sent me a copy of the invoice along with the recommendations. I'm thankful that you sent someone like him to deal with an elderly man who truly appreciates it (and his daughter too). Jason gets 5 stars from this family. Precision. The word means quality. Precise. Etc. I called at 6am. They had door fixed by 10am. The young man new his craft very well. Garage door repairs are expensive. However, as a home owner if you are not schooled in the mechanics and dangers of messing with them it’s best to leave the work to the experts. Your eyes, fingers, overall well being and life will be the better for it. They can maim you. Or worse. I use my door a lot. I sleep better and have more peace of mind and security knowing that it was repaired properly. I liked the repairman. He was forthright, expert, and very nice. Thank you Precision.
