We have used Precision Overhead Garage door service to have a door installed and also the door opener quite a few years ago. We were having problems with the door opener a few days ago and a call to the company had a technician out the next day, which was Saturday, and I was pleasantly surprised there was no extra charge. The tech came out and immediately found the problem, fixed it and was gone in a very short time. He was so very nice and very professional. You cannot go wrong with this company!! We are so pleased with them and have been for years.

Michael did a superb job! He called ahead, had what he needed on the truck, was knowledgeable, fast and efficient, came out on a Sunday and price was reasonable. Replace 2 springs, both cables, balanced and adjusted in a little over 1 hour. Could not be more happy with Michael and Precision Door Service.

Called for an appointment to have springs repaired on my door and was told someone could be out in 4hours. Technician Tim called 15 minutes before arriving which was exactly the time I was expecting him. He was very professional and explained what needed to be done. Overall, an outstanding experience

I have to say I am really pleased to do business with your company. Apparently an electrical surge locked out my wireless remote. Your purse and Robb came over right on time and fix that and then told me that there was no charge because I had a one-year warranty. What a fabulous way to do business and what a nice person he was. Thank you for getting my garage door fixed and back to operating as normal. Robert quickly came out and identified the source of the problem right away. He went about his business in a professional manner, made some adjustments and fixed the problem. He was kind, considerate, and knowledgeable. I give him a five star rating without hesitation. I felt confident dealing with a company that stands behind its word. Glad to know the employees are so qualified, but that they have also been drug tested, background tested and came out to service our garage door promptly as promised.

Outstanding ... scheduled my appointment promptly (helpful operators!), Tim Van Vuren, the technician, called ahead, arrived on time, was courteous, professional, tuned up my doors and installed new rollers (door works great now!!), and gave me a few maintenance tips.. all at a very reasonable price. I couldn't be more satisfied. 5 Stars and two thumbs up!! Highly recommended!

Had two new garage door openers installed today. New springs, cables & rollers as well. My technician was top notch. I found Precision thru Angie’s List but once my friend raved about them I made decision to hire. It was originally for an estimate/service call, but I decided at that time I wanted the replacement & he did the work right then & there!!!! AWESOME!!!!

New belt drive opener and rollers were installed. Rob Owen did a great job. He is very professional and experienced in what he is doing. Install went perfectly, including the programming of openers in both of our cars. Door operation is now very quiet. Highly recommend Precision Door Service.

I was very impressed with the technician, Jose Valdes, that performed the service on my door today. He showed up on time, was extremely courteous, and was knowledgeable about all aspects of overhead garage doors. He patiently answered my questions, and happily calculated all my "what if" scenarios until we found a solution that fixed the problem and fit into my budget. He then went to work quickly, quietly, and neatly. I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Nobody likes the surprise expense of having to get their garage door fixed, but I think I got good value for my money, and I think Jose is a great representative for your company.

I had the pleasure of Billy coming to fix my garage door. He inspected it and had me come out to show what the cause of the issue is as well as what could be done to prevent further issues as the components are pretty old and time, use and salt air has taken it's toll. I ended up going with a bundle package and Billy was able to complete it all during the first call and very quickly. He brought me out again to walk thru what he did and provided helpful maintenance tips. In all, I was impressed by the responsiveness, the knowledge, fair and honest assessment and how incredible polite and professional Billy was during his visit. The garage door is so quiet now it's like we have installed a new one! I would HIGHLY recommend Precision to anyone.

Previous satisfied customer brought me back when I had a part problem. Service the same day as I called, here on time and went right to work solving my problem. Came prepared. Inquired if I wanted a quote on a new door due to the age and previous problems. Gave me a ball park which is all I wanted at the time. When it's time for replacement, I will call Precision and continue to use them in the meantime when I have a need.
