I looked for garage doors on my phone, many were listed. I was very impressed by all the info you had listed. I was impressed by the person that came out to my place northwest of MacClenny. You had just what I wanted and your price was right. He was right on time and so were the two men who came to put in my new door. They did a great job, cleaned every thing up. Did it all in much less time than I though it would take. Give them all a raise, you want to keep those young men.

Salesman was well versed on product and very professional. Loved the samples to see the difference in the products. I marked this as Install Garage Door. however, this was a sales call for a new garage door. Now, we are waiting on the estimate for the project of new door for garage.

called 800 number at 10.00 at night aqnd talked with very nice opreater and shw tried to get me a earlier appontment but just had 2:00 to 4:00.I have had you in the past and said thats fine. another company call and said they could be here at 10:00 but we said no we would wait till 2. your service man was here by 1:00 and was super nice,explained everything to me and helped me setting up garage door openor in the car.very impessed by him was here less than 1 hr and everything works fine.Hope I dont have anymore problems but I know who to call if I do thank you again

Professionally trained technicians. Shane VanBuren was very professional and took care of all our garage door needs (replaced down limit switch, fixed very noisy door and made sure the door open and closed properly). Shane took time to answer all my questions and I would totally use and recommend Precision again. Thanks

I chose precision because I received an ad in mint magazine which saved me money! Shane Vanburen was my technician. I gave Shane a 10 which is an excellent rating. He did an excellent job he knew what he was doing and he finished the job in a timely fashion. He also was More than happy to help us with every garage door, or remote need that we had. And he was very friendly and courteous! And as a matter fact I'm recommending him to my in-laws who need some garage door work as well

I chose Precision because of the company’s reputation and the number of positive online reviews. Frank, the repair technician, was timely and very professional. He explained the repair that was required and the approximate time needed to accomplish the repair. If I require repairs to my garage door(s) in the future I will use Precision again and request that Frank do the repair.

I've seen your service trucks in our neighborhood, your advertisements in Mint magazine and rating by Angie's List. Tim replaced all rollers, torsion's, cables, rubber retainer seals and bearings on our 3 garage doors. He showed up on time for both appointments and called when on his way. Tim's a professional at what he does and made sure that we were pleased before leaving for his next appointment, he deserves a 5 Star rating.
