Repairs don't always come at the most convenient time, so I found the process for scheduling a repair on the website very easy and convenient. I received a call as soon as their service shop opened and had a appointment first thing. My repairman gave me a call that he was on the way so I could meet him. He did a complete inspection and other than my broken spring there was just a couple of bearings and rollers that needed to be replaced. He had everything on his truck for the job so the repair was done quickly. My garage door works better now than when it was new. I highly recommend Precision Overhead Door for repairs or replacement for your garage doors.

Frank cassity was very efficient and discussed the problem with our old unit and when we decided to buy a new unit he explained the difference between the new units without pushing one unit, over the other. Mike was on time and professional. Good man. I suggest you allow the insallers some discretion with pricing. My purchase was a little over $550. I asked Mike if we could just agree to $550? He said no. Someone might have said if you won’t do a sale and lose three or four dollars on a $550 sale, you may have lost the deal. Just a suggestion.

I phoned this morning and was given an appointment for today and Frank was here by 3pm. He examined the existing opener and determined the setting for the motor was at maximum. Motor was unable to open or close the door. Frank explained the problem and discussed the options for replacing. We purchased a replacement which he then took care of. It was immediate and painless.
