I have had a problem in the pass with my garage door and Precision as always been true and professional. My garage door was not opening right to fine out I had a broken spring. Call them they come over and Nathan Ventouras was very professional and got the job done.

Prior to his arrival, the Service Technician, Nathan, sent me his estimated time of arrival along with his picture. That to me means that Precision Door values my time as well as my security. We carefully reviewed all of the options, including breaking the project into segments rather than all at once, no pressure. As advertised, all of the parts were on the truck and the job was completed as stated hours not days. This was my second time using Precision Door once on my old house and now on my new. Both cases the results were excellent, money well spent when using the right company.

I am a repeat customer of Precision. My springs needed tightening to hold the garage door open, (without my opener being engaged). I called Prevision, they came out that day, tightened my springs, lubricated the rollers, and did a complete safety check. Nathan did a great job inspecting and adjusting our garage door. He was on time and immediately got to work replacing the rollers and bottom seal. He then made some adjustments to the springs and the opener so we would have a smooth running door. Thanks!
