We called and got an appointment when we called for the same day. The technician was very friendly and looked at my old system to see if it was repairable. It was not so he was able not install a new one immediately. He was fast and efficient and explained everything very thoroughly. We called this morning to setup an appointment to have the garage door checked over as it had started to make noises. A service tech, Conor, was able to come out the same afternoon. Conor was a true professional. He listened to our concerns and then looked everything over. He replaced the old rollers with new nylon rollers at a competitive price. He lubricated everything. We now have a smooth, quiet door! He pointed out that in the near future the next thing we maybe looking to consider was changing the cable pulley bearings. So we asked for an estimate which he gave us. We will be a returning customer. Thank you.
