Garage door opener stopped working. Error code indicated internal error. So replaced the motor and track. Went from chain to belt, much quieter. Two new remotes plus a new outside keypad he mounted. He programmed the outside keypad and both cars. ????. Plus it has WiFi built into it. I have to set that up but no biggie. Wes was supper nice and friendly and did a great job. Would highly recommend their service for any garage door issue.

Today Wesley your technician called to let me know he would arrive at 08:00. He's represents your company very well. Our problem was a garage door that was 12 years old with issues. It would open and close randomly. Wesley took time to walk us through our options and accessories. We agreed on what was our best solution. He did an outstanding job with the new install and answered all questions we had during the process. He was very courteous and professional. He made this experience amazing. Thank you.

Wes was fantastic! Same day inspection & service. He was extremely knowledgeable, pleasant, efficient, patient and made sure we understood any problems, how he could fix it & to call if we had any issues. Pretty cool that trucks are fully stocked and ready to rock and roll. Odd 5% upcharge, but would definitely recommend. PGD is now our go-to for the future! We called Precision on a Sunday when the garage door broke and they set an appointment for Monday between 12:00 and 2:00 and they were here on time and did a great job on the garage door. Garage door cable shredded and called to have it repaired. An hour after calling for an appointment the technician arrived. Needed a new garage door opener due to age and lack of available parts. The installation was done cleanly, professionally, and in a reasonable amount of time. Technician took the time to cover all aspects of the new opener. This is the second time I have used Precision and will continue in the future. I highly recommend them.

Hats off to Precision! Called this morning for a service call and Wess, the service technician, arrived even earlier than scheduled (Wess called me first to see if it was OK to come early)! Same day Service can’t be beat! He handled the call in a particular, orderly process, assessing “the problem”, discussing possible solutions, and even called Genie to find out what my warranty included for my self-purchased opener. After thoroughly reviewing all my options, I decided to purchase a new opener. Wess discussed the particular features and benefits of two new opener units. I respected the fact that, at no time, did he attempt to influence my eventual decision to purchase a new Genie opener. His step-by-step approach to answering questions or concerns with each element of the service call, and his thorough product knowledge far exceeded my expectations!
