Made appointment thru the website. Easy to follow process. Repairman let me know he was running a little late, arrived as promised based on his call. He diagnosed the issue(broken spring), explained the solutions and pointed out alternatives. Provided pricing and options. Prices were within anticipated ranges. His repairs were complete and he fully explained warranty process and recommended owner servicing. Door is functioning properly and is much quieter.

Precision was great. My garage door wouldn't open and was making a terribly loud sound. I called Precision right away and they had a technician out within 2 hours. Jason was my technician and he diagnosed the problem right away. He gave me some options for repair or replace. I chose to replace with the new Genie Pro 3120 WIFI since my garage motor was 20 years old. Not only did he do an excellent job installing it but he also went through everything about it and helped me connect my car link system and my keypad controller. He was very nice, friendly and extremely knowledgeable and informative. He also explained various hazards associated with replacing certain parts of the garage door mechanics which I appreciated. This is the third time I've used Precision (once was for a door check and the second time was a broken spring) and each time they have arrived on time, sent a very knowledgeable and friendly technician and resolved my problem. As far as price I feel they are no more expensive than any other garage door company.

My door was not closing properly at only 4 1/2 years old ( new build). The builder grade hardware for the door was wearing out, Booked Precision Sunday night for a Monday afternoon window Wes called me about 15 minutes before arrival and installed new spring and door rollers. I had used Precision Door a few years ago to replace springs in my double garage door. Recently the spring on my small door broke and I contacted them again. I was told someone could be there within an hour to two hours. Wesly called me when he was 30 minutes away. Upon arrival he went over the options I could select for the repairs. Precision continues to prove to be the best service! My spring broke first thing in the morning, I called and had an appointment for that afternoon.
