We had a spring break. Precision came in the next day - great response! We bought a 31 year old house, and decided to expand the service. The tech, Tim, did a great job. Explained everything to my wife extremely well. The garage door now runs as smooth as silk. I will call on Precision for my future needs, but based on the work they did that maybe 10 years from now.

When I researched garage door companies the one thing that stood out was that you have a very informative website and that you are on Angie's List. When I called to make an appointment Heather was really nice. My tech was Tim Van Vuren. He was very prompt ,courteous, explained everything to me & answered the questions I had patiently. He did an excellent job of installing the garage door opener, rollers and rubber seal on the bottom of the garage door! I give 5 stars to Tim as, again, he did an excellent job! Keep up the good work & great customer service as it's greatly appreciated!

This is the second time I have used Precision and have been very happy with their service. I was lucky enough to have Tim both times. He is outstanding, professional and cares about his job. This time my sensors were out. What should have been a quick job took over an hour to complete. Tim used all of his skills to finally fine and fix the problem. I highly recommend Precision for all of your garage door problems.

My Technician was Tim. AJ was with him. I scheduled a door tune-up and roller replacement for my garage door. I wasn't expecting much improvement from the service - just regular maintenance. I was surprised that the door was very quiet after their service. My garage door has never been this quiet and I can't think of any door being this quiet. I should have done this service a long time ago. Tim was very informative and made sure that I understood what he did for the tune-up service and made some recommendations. Highly recommended!

The technician, Tim Van Vuren, arrived promptly and was very courteous. He quickly assessed what the problem was with my garage door opener and gave me options to solve the problem. I opted to purchase a new opener and Tim had it installed and ready to go in no time. He was very thorough in his explanation to me about operating the opener and remotes. He even programmed my car rear view mirror remote. He was fabulous! I would definitely recommend Precision!

Researching Garage Door Service companies in NE FL led me to PRECISION. The website introduces the company, its services and the technicians who perform the work. The reviews of individual techs are reassuring. The reviews reference customer service as superb. My technician, Tim Van Vuren, stood out. He "trained" me on what I needed to restore my garage door operation and he "trained" Damien (an apprentice). Both of us learned from Tim. I am very pleased with the service performed, the quality-appearance- courtesy of the techs and the clean-up after the job. Awesome job by the installer Tim. The torsion spring broke on our garage and the chain for the opener snapped trapping our cars in the garage. Called Precision late that night and got an appt for the next morning. Tim walked me through all the options - no hard sell. Now I have 2 whisper quiet garage doors, battery backup, and outside pads. Tim showed up on the early end of the appt window and completed within the timeframe he quoted me. This is my first experience with this company and I would highly recommend.

I had a broken spring so I called Precision because they replaced the springs in 2006 and I bought the life time warranty at that time. So this time they replaced the springs, drums and rolls at no cost to me. To completely upgrade my door I decided to replace the cables and end bearings with this repair job. Now, all parts are new and covered under the life time warranty. It feels good knowing that if I'm out of town and some goes wrong with the system, my wife can call Precision and there will be NO cost for any parts and labor. Tim and Michael were very professional and explained how the newer parts they were installing (at no cost) have improved in quality and performance since my last repair job.
