Tim and Austin came to check out our aging door that was not cooperating. They gave us great advice and a couple options to work with. Will continue to use Precision for garage door service.

Precision scheduled me the same day I called and gave me the name of the technician (Tim). Tim called earlier and informed me he had a customer who had rescheduled, and he would be here in 20 minutes. Tim assessed the problem and damage and gave me an estimate based on what needed to be done to fix the damage and what I wanted to be done. Long story short, he finished the work in the time he said it would take, and on the estimate he gave me. I'm very satisfied with the quality of workmanship, and material used. I highly recommend Precision for whatever your garage door needs are.

I’m very happy with how quiet my garage door is now. If I came home late at night, it would actually wake my neighbor before Tim came out and upgraded it!

Tim called ahead to confirm the appointment and was on time. He was polite, explained everything to me in advance (including cost), and was thorough. He installed a number of new parts to get the door properly balanced and functioning. He also repaired the opener itself and installed a keypad, a sensor and the automatic reverse feature. He even reinforced some structural parts for me at no extra charge. I could not be more pleased. I would highly recommend Precision Door Service to anyone -- and I recommend Tim in particular. I hope his bosses see this review.

When I shut my garage door one of the springs snapped and I was unable to open my garage door. I called Precision Door Service and they arrived less than an hour after I called. They replaced the springs, and other parts that needed replacement (rollers, cables, pulleys) in less than an hour. This company is AWESOME! I would highly recommend them. Tim and Josh were very professional and thanks to them my garage door works perfect.

Tim was professional and explained exactly what the problem was. I was happy with the service I received and the technician that came out to do the repair. I had called another company but they failed to show when promised so glad they did. Service was very quick. They were here within an hour of my call to their office. Thank you Tim for the great job you did..

I called. Within the next hour Precision was at my door. Technician Tim Van Vuren diagnosed the problem, told me what my options were and then went about doing the job. Tim is really good and he is friendly. He cares about the quality of his work and that was what tipped me into making the decision on my best repair option.
