Tim Van Vuren called earlier than the appointment time and informed us of his expected arrival time. He listened to my explanation of the problem, offered his recommendations and we agreed. He told us it would be possibly three and a half hours to complete and he had scheduled four additional customers for the day. He notified his office of the delay and they in turn notified the next customers following our service call. The new motor, springs, rail, and motor are so quiet. We are sincerely glad we called Precision. Thank you.

The technician (Tim) arrived on time, after phoning and saying he would be here in a half hour. He examined the garage door opener and the garage door and gave his best advice. We decided to repair the opener and replace the rollers on the garage door, which may extend the life of the opener. He was courteous and completed the work quickly. I was pleased with the service and the fact that Precision came out the same day to make repairs. I would recommend them to anyone needing service.

I had used Precision many years ago and was happy with their service so when my remotes, rollers and springs failed I called them first. Tim explained the options for repairs vs. replacement very thoroughly and I chose replacement. I would highly recommend Precision to have your garage door operate like new again. My rating is 5.

Precision door honored a 5 year guarantee that had expired by a few months. They literally rebuilt my garage door with new parts including springs, rollers, cables, and more - a repair that would have cost me almost $600. I am a widow and was dismayed to find that I could not open my garage door after an overnight storm. The wall console, remote controller, and outside keypad all failed to operate the opener. I called around 10:30 and was told that a technician could be there between 4 and 6 pm. He came as promised, determined that my opener unit could not be repaired, and installed a new one by 5:30 or so. He also replaced the rollers to make it easier for me to manually lift the door in the event of a power outage. Tim, the technician, was very professional, polite and knowledgeable. So, I had the use of my car again for the weekend. Highly recommend this company. I live in Fruit Cove, northwest St. Johns county.

Our garage door opener pulley and garage door parted company very abruptly revealing a unbalanced garage door which crashed a few feet to the ground. I called first thing the following morning for service, and Precision was able to fit me in that same morning. They came out, diagnosed the problem, and made the repairs to get us back in operation. They also let us know that we'd need a new garage door in the near future, but were sensitive to our cash flow concerns. Very happy with the experience.

Jason, so far, so good. Found you guys off the internet. Website nicely done. Like the Bio's on your crew. Very professionally done. Very impressed with appointment time. Tim called at 1:50 and said he was on the way. At 2:05 P.M. they were pulling into my driveway. Tim gave a very through inspection to my existing garage, and pointed out things that needed replacing. You have Service Performed and Purchased Product: Under Purchased everything was replaced. I would recommend your company to anyone that might ask. Although the work on my garage won't be complete for several more weeks, which I agreed too.
