I did not anticipate a complete replacement, but after reviewing the situation of putting a bandage on a 13 year old system, it made sense for the complete overhaul. The team was very efficient and knowledgeable. I also appreciate the late discount for my years of military service, (30 USN)

Its representatives, Tim and his partner, were punctual, highly professional, responsive, informative, and proficient. My garage door was a "weak" point in my home's efficiency and defenses. The damage to our door was way beyond what I had anticipated. A bit shocked at the repair cost although everything needed replacing minus the actual doors. Service was polite, prompt and thorough. System is super quiet. Pleased overall despite the cost.

our garage door opened just "died" yesterday morning. and recognizing that we are not gifted with the ability to do-it-ourselves, we called Precision for help. we got an appointment for the same day! Tim and Andrew showed up exactly when they promised, gave us an estimate, and then completed the work in an hour. courteous, professional, AND pleasant--what's not to like? we will ALWAYS call Precision for all our garage door needs, and we'll be comfortable telling our friends and neighbors as well....

I called early on a Friday afternoon, and I was pleased that someone was going to be able to come out and take a look at the door later that same afternoon. Unfortunately, we needed quite a bit of much-needed updates to our garage door opener, but the technicians were able to make the repairs that same day. I felt horrible that they were stuck in the hot garage, but they were totally patient and respectful throughout the entire process.
