We found you in the Mint Magazine and called about a tune-up. Our gar age door was very loud. Thank you for sending out Tim Van Veren, he was very professional and did not attempt to over sell us. Although we will need a new door in the future, we've decided to go ahead and get it now.Tim is an outstanding sells man without trying too hard. No product purchased YET

Called for an appointment to have springs repaired on my door and was told someone could be out in 4hours. Technician Tim called 15 minutes before arriving which was exactly the time I was expecting him. He was very professional and explained what needed to be done. Overall, an outstanding experience

Outstanding ... scheduled my appointment promptly (helpful operators!), Tim Van Vuren, the technician, called ahead, arrived on time, was courteous, professional, tuned up my doors and installed new rollers (door works great now!!), and gave me a few maintenance tips.. all at a very reasonable price. I couldn't be more satisfied. 5 Stars and two thumbs up!! Highly recommended!

Just fantastic service. My technician, Tim, was super experienced and confidently explained the system recommendation in terms of lasting value—which helped me justify the cost. Same day was also a blessing to check off the list of things to do! When completed, my door never sounded so quiet or operated so smoothly. I actually look forward to opening it each morning! The technician who came out was amazing. He fixed our issue immediately and didn’t try to push a new door. In the end, I did end up purchasing a new door but it was time and I made the decision on my own and didn’t feel pressured. It was a great experience.

Very pleased with knowledge and service. Problem diagnosed, options presented, and parts on the truck to do the work immediately. An hour and a half later I had a new belt-driven motor, new wheels, hubs, springs, etc... The door opens and closes and is pleasantly quiet. With all of life's noise, it's nice to have a quiet garage door.

Precision scheduled me the same day I called and gave me the name of the technician (Tim). Tim called earlier and informed me he had a customer who had rescheduled, and he would be here in 20 minutes. Tim assessed the problem and damage and gave me an estimate based on what needed to be done to fix the damage and what I wanted to be done. Long story short, he finished the work in the time he said it would take, and on the estimate he gave me. I'm very satisfied with the quality of workmanship, and material used. I highly recommend Precision for whatever your garage door needs are.

Tim called ahead to confirm the appointment and was on time. He was polite, explained everything to me in advance (including cost), and was thorough. He installed a number of new parts to get the door properly balanced and functioning. He also repaired the opener itself and installed a keypad, a sensor and the automatic reverse feature. He even reinforced some structural parts for me at no extra charge. I could not be more pleased. I would highly recommend Precision Door Service to anyone -- and I recommend Tim in particular. I hope his bosses see this review.
