I choose Precision door service in 2012 to replace my garage door opener. Since then, I've had them come back for necessary repairs and maintenance. Each time they've been professional and knowledgeable. Based on my research, their pricing is fair and competitive. I will continue to use this company for all of my garage door needs.

I was about to leave for an appointment and the garage would only open by a foot. I went online to check what could be the problem and its a broken spring. I called Precision and was told the earliest they could send a technician is tomorrow. I pleaded for someone to come since I am stuck in the house. Hooray!!! they were able to send someone to fix the garage door. Gilbert Brown was the technician and did an excellent job of explaining the problem, what my options were to rectify the problem. He was very professional and well mannered!!! Also, I would like to mention my first contact with Precision was with Jason, he was very helpful! I am very thankful for him going an extra mile to accommodate my request of same day service. I chose Precision because of their excellent ratings!

I had a broken balance spring and worn our bearings on a very noisy door. I called and they came out the next day. The service guy knew his craft and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. He was quick, friendly and courteous. When he was finished we cycled the door and it was smooth and nearly silent. He did an amazing job, well worth the cost.

Outstanding ... scheduled my appointment promptly (helpful operators!), Tim Van Vuren, the technician, called ahead, arrived on time, was courteous, professional, tuned up my doors and installed new rollers (door works great now!!), and gave me a few maintenance tips.. all at a very reasonable price. The technician who came out was amazing. He fixed our issue immediately and didn’t try to push a new door. In the end, I did end up purchasing a new door but it was time and I made the decision on my own and didn’t feel pressured. It was a great experience.

Very pleased with knowledge and service. Problem diagnosed, options presented, and parts on the truck to do the work immediately. An hour and a half later I had a new belt-driven motor, new wheels, hubs, springs, etc... The door opens and closes and is pleasantly quiet. With all of life's noise, it's nice to have a quiet garage door.
