I had a spring break on one of my garage doors o a Saturday. This precision office was able to come out on Monday, repair my garage and they lubed the other garage door while they were here. The tech was incredibly courteous and prompt in completing his work.

I am very pleased with the service provided by Shane on the service call we placed. Shane took his time to explain the problem we had with our opener keypad, tested and replaced it with a new one as we had asked. Shane also asked if we were pleased with the door we purchased 6 years ago. He took it upon himself to lubricate the door and ensure the spring had the correct tension. Excellent service provided by Shane!

Great to have my garage door back in service. My experience with Precision Door Service met all of my expectations. Shane was very thorough in his work as well as his explanation of what the future of my garage door's life expectancy. Looking at maybe changing to a new opener when the present one goes out again. There was an item purchased but it isn't listed in the choices about purchasing a new product. Probably because my system is old.

My garage door spring broke at 4 PM on a Friday and I called Precision 2nd. The 1st company I called wouldn't come out until Monday. Precision set an appointment for between noon and 2 PM on Saturday and they were there at noon. In 1 hour Shane had replaced both springs, both cables and all the rollers. An excellent young man to work with. Very pleased

Jason arrived as promised. After short assessment of the problem he explained the options for the repair. After short conversation we authorized the service package to be performed. He indicated that the job should take him 90 minutes. After 75 minutes I heard the garage door open and close. Checked a few minutes later and the job was completed and the area cleaned up spotless. Jason is not just very professional, he is also very easy going and personal. He great Ambassador for the company.
