Hi, I am Nate. I’m from a small town in Southwest Georgia. I moved to Jacksonville a year and a half ago and really like it here. I love fishing, hunting and pretty much and outdoors. I have one dog that is half Golden Retriever and half Great Dane but 100% a mess. I love working on homes and fixing problems. I take pride in what I do and doing good work.

The service man was very knowledgeable and friendly. He diagnosed the problem quickly and replaced the springs with stronger ones and the worn out rollers with new ones. lubricated all the hinges and rollers. The door goes up and down smoothly now, and without all the squeaks and pops it had before. I can't be any happier with the work. The were very prompt as well, I called yesterday and it is repaired today.

Communication between customer, scheduler, customer service and technicians is a nightmare. I got 9 emails about the same job. Had to make 4 phone calls and occupied my entire day on a very simple repair. I don’t want this posted but - I hope the management looks at this they’re the problem. The employees are actually nice.

We arrived at your property at the time that was scheduled by you and could not get in touch with you. That caused us to have to leave the property and for you to have to reschedule at a time that you would be available. I apologize if this was a little frustrating, however I am sure that you can understand that we can not go into a home and make repairs without authorization. Garage door would close but would when it hit bottom it would open again. I called in the morning and was given a window of 12:00-2:00. They arrived before noon, worked on the door and relocated the garage opener. They were efficient, knew what they were doing. I have had my door replaced and a new opener installed and have been pleased with their service.

This is the 3rd time my door has needed springs. And every time, the tech, from a different company, said "it's just your door". I called your company, and Nate came out and pointed out the problems with my door. He replaced both springs, the cables and cable wheels, and the door wheels. The door works perfectly now, no sloppy, jerky movement. Great job Nate! Thank you!!!

TREMENDOUS service!!!!! Garage door spring broke late last night. A call to Precision was handled with courtesy; professionalism; and caring by the young lady who answered the call. Appointment was scheduled for this morning between 8 and 10:00 a.m. I received a call from the service technician letting me know he was enroute to my residence and arrived prior to the expected time. Outstanding. The young technician; Nate Lewis, was outstanding!!!! Professional, courteous, extremely knowledgeable, and very helpful both in helping me understand what had happened to the old springs and patient in answering my questions about what would be needed to repair my door. That young man is more than welcome to return for any further needs we may have. Thoroughly enjoyed him and his attention to detail. It took calling back twice before a person answered and was able to schedule my appointment. Both times I called I did have to wait. The first time I called I ended up hanging up because the wait was too long. However, once my appointment was made we could not have been more pleased. The technician called the very next morning to let us know he was on his way. He installed our new opener, keypad, etc., with ease and efficiency. Took time to explain everything. He was a very professional, knowledgeable young man. I would certainly use Precision in the future and recommend them as well.

I was having problems with my remote not working, Nate Lewis came out, very knowledgeable,professional and all around cool guy. He explained in depth how and why garage door openers fail. After trying different remotes and receiver to no avail, I ended up getting a new opener. Nate had the work done in an hour or so and the price was less than I thought it would be!
