Hi, I am Nate. I’m from a small town in Southwest Georgia. I moved to Jacksonville a year and a half ago and really like it here. I love fishing, hunting and pretty much and outdoors. I have one dog that is half Golden Retriever and half Great Dane but 100% a mess. I love working on homes and fixing problems. I take pride in what I do and doing good work.

The service agent was an hour early, which was a big help. He was courteous and professional and gladly explained he work whenever I had questions. He had to work extra hard to remove the old springs because of sticking spots on the rod. As part of the overall service, he lubricated all the pertinent areas of the door for a smooth and quiet open/close.

I called for service on Monday and was given an appointment on Tuesday. That in itself was amazing! Nate came out to assess the issue with my door not opening properly. I thought it might be the limit switch but it turns out to be something different. Nate was very informative & answered all my questions. The door situation is not urgent so I will follow-up with the new part at a later time. Great service all around!

I have used Precision for over 10 years. They arrive on time and often early if possible. The technicians are all very professional. Caution: If you search for Precision on the Internet the first garage door business that comes up may not be them so scroll down - I almost called the wrong business because I didn't pay close attention.

Fantastic service. Frank was excellent, answered all my questions and gave me a quick tutorial on what to keep my eye on in the future to avoid other problems. I originally called for a broken spring and ended up with a more complete tuneup that included new bearings and nylon rollers. I am definitely not going to find a noisy neighbor sign hung on my garage door now.

Precision door service was great. The technician fully explained the options and made very good recommendations. He was very courteous, knowledgeable, and explained what he was doing. He took all the old parts and cleaned up when finished. Checked the door for any adjustments and ensured that the door was operating correctly. I called around 11:30, Amanda told me that Nate would be here between 12:00 and 2:00, and would call first. About 15 minutes later I got a call from Nate to tell me he was on the way. About 15 minutes after that, Nate arrived. Diagnosed my problem and gave me the estimate..He said he had the necessary parts with him and it would take 30 to 45 minutes. About 40 minutes later my repair work was completed satisfactorily and everything worked perfectly Nate was very friendly and accommodating. Good service. I certainly would use Precision Door again.

I called for an appointment around 2:00 was scheduled for 4-6 the same day. Nate called at 3:45 to come and was there promptly at 4:00. Estimate and service was done within an hour or so and my garage door is working perfectly! I would highly recommend precision

I have to say I am honestly blown away at the service I received from this company. My husband and I bought a house with a 3-car garage. The doors were not working properly. I called Precision simply expecting to get on their schedule for an inspection/repair. Nope....much better. A service guy actually arrived within 30 minutes of my call and repaired the doors. Definitely EXCEEDED my every expectation including price. GREAT JOB!!
